Claims (1)
- 차량에 적용되는 스티어링의 어퍼 샤프트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,일정 길이로 절단된 튜브형의 압출소재(1)에 쇼트블라스트 가공을 통해 표면의 이물질을 제거한 후, 인산염으로 피막처리를 하는 제1단계와;압출소재(1) 일단부 내주면에 스플라인(2)을 압출 성형함과 동시에, 스플라인(2)이 형성되는 부분을 축관 성형시키는 제2단계와;압출소재(1) 타단부 내주면에 세레이션(3)을 압출 성형하는 제3단계와;스플라인(2)과 세레이션(3) 사이에 위치한 압출소재(1) 외주면에 슬롯(4)을 압출 성형하여 그 가압력에 의해 내주면에 돌출부(4a)를 성형하는 제4단계와;압출 성형된 슬롯(4) 내측면을 절삭하는 제5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 스티어링 칼럼의 어퍼 샤프트 제조방법.
