Claims (9)
- 베이스 구조(2) 상에서 회전하도록 조립되는 적어도 하나의 디스크(51-52, 101-103);디스크(51-52)의 회전을 구동하기에 적합한 모터(9);상기 디스크(51-52, 101-103)와 일체인 지지구들(4) 상에서 회전하도록 조립된 복수 개의 코일(3); 및관형 제품(20)이 권선되는 동안 와이어(8)의 일정한 장력을 유지하기에 적합한 인장 수단(18, 30-31, 40-42)을 포함하는 바람직하게는 인장된 와이어(8)를 갖는 관형 제품(20)을 권선하기 위한 장치에 있어서,와이어(8)를 공급하기에 적합한 각 코일(3)과 결합되는 복수 개의 구동 모터(5); 및모터(5)에 의해 구동되는 코일들(3)로부터 와이어(8)의 풀림 속도를 제어하기에 적합한 작동 수단(70) 및 전위차계(19)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공압 압축기(50)에 의해 공급되는 공압 탱크(18), 비례 밸브(40), 비례 밸브(40) 상에서 작동함으로써 풀리(14)가 이를 축으로 선회하는 커서(15)에 체결되는 공압 실린더(16) 내부의 공기 압력을 설정하는 외부 전위차계(41), 공압 실린더(16)로부터 공기를 운반 및 수납하는 탱크 역할을 하는 공기 튜브(42), 및 작동 수단(70)에 의해서 모터(50)의 회전 속도 및 그에 따른 코일의 회전을 제어하여 와이어(8)의 일정한 장력을 유지하도록 구비되는 전위차계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 디스크(101-103)의 중심으로부터 일정한 거리그리고 상호 일정한 각거리로 두 개 또는 그 이상의 별개의 디스크들(101-103)의 주변에 실장되는 복수 개의 코일(3) 및 각각의 모터(5)들이 조립되는 복수 개의 수평 지지구(4)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 여덟 개의 코일(8) 및 여덟 개의 모터(5)에 대해서 열두 개의 지지구(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 디스크(51, 52)의 전면을 피복하도록 단일 디스크(51, 52) 상에 조립되는 두 개의 코일(3) 및 두 개의 모터(5)가 조립되는 복수 개의 수평 지지구(4)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 동일한 방향으로 회전하는 한 쌍의 마주보는 체결 디스크들(51-52)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 반대 방향으로 회전하는 한 쌍의 마주보는 디스크들을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,복수 개의 메인 및 전달 인장 어셈블리(30, 31)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코일(3)의 회전축이 디스크(51-52, 101-103)의 축에 수직하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
