Claims (4)
- 상부면에 힌지 개폐구조를 갖는 기기점검 도어(11)가 형성되고, 전방 중앙부에 바이패스관(12)이 구비된 역삼각 호퍼 구조의 침전조(1)를 기초구성으로 하여;상기 침전조(1) 내측 상부 일면에 드럼스크린(2)을 수평설치구조로 수용,장착시키되, 상기 장착되는 드럼스크린(2)은, 그 일측과 타측 단부에 상호 대향하는 노출구성으로, 유입관(231)이 구비된 유입헤드박스(23)와, 구동모터(M1)가 장착된 배출유도박스(24)를 더 연결 구비하고;상기 드럼스크린(2)이 장착된 침전조(1) 내측 하부 일면에 사선 경사구조를 이루며, 상기 침전조(1) 외측 일면을 향해 노출 연장되는 무축 스크류 컨베이어(3)를 더 설치하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 협잡물과 침사 분리처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 침전조(1)는, 드럼스크린(2)이 장착된 내측 상부면에 다수개의 분사노즐(41)이 구비된 세척수 분사관(4)이 수평 구조로 더 설치 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 협잡물과 침사 분리처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 유입헤드박스(23)는 전방 일측면에 오,폐수가 유입되는 유입관(231)을 포함하는 구성으로 하여, 상기 유입헤드박스(23) 내측 일면에 보조유입공(P)이 구 비된 수충격 버플(233)을 직립구조로 더 설치하고;상기 수충격 버플(233) 후측면에 유입감지센서(232)와 연계된 유입버플판(234)을 더 설치 구성함을 특징으로 하는 협잡물과 침사 분리처리 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서;상기 침전조(1)는 바이패스관(12) 연결부위 내측면에 배출웨어(13)가 더 형성 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 협잡물과 침사 분리처리 장치.
