Claims (6)
- 작업대에 놓여져 공정을 진행하는 슈퍼 드릴에 있어서,상기 작업대에 탈착될 수 있는 탈착 장치,상기 탈착 장치와 연결되어 있는 기둥,상기 기둥에 설치되어 있으며, 상기 기둥을 따라 이동하는 승강 장치,상기 승강 장치에 연결되어 있는 주축 본체,상기 주축 본체에 설치되어 있으며 승강하고 주축 몸체, 상기 주축 몸체에 연결되어 있고 일방향으로 회전되며 전극봉이 물리는 회전 척을 포함하는 주축대,상기 회전 척에 적어도 일부분이 접촉되어 있으며 전기를 공급하는 브러쉬부,상기 회전 척 하부에 위치하며, 상기 주축 본체에 연결되어 있고 상기 전극봉이 관통하는 가이드공을 가지는 가이드 장치, 그리고상기 가이드 장치에 연결되어 있으며, 상기 상기 가이드 장치 측부에서 가공유를 공급하는 가공유 공급부를 포함하는 이동식 슈퍼 드릴.
- 제1항에서,상기 탈착 장치는 마그네틱 베이스인 이동식 슈퍼 드릴.
- 제1항에서,상기 브러쉬부는한쪽 면이 상기 회전 척과 마주하며 좌우 관통된 설치공을 가지는 브러쉬 몸체,상기 설치공 일측에 위치하며 한쪽 끝이 상기 회전 척에 접촉되어 있는 흑연,상기 브러쉬 몸체에 설치되어 있고 적어도 일부분이 상기 흑연에 접촉되어 있는 극성 부재,상기 브러쉬 몸체 다른 쪽 면에 설치되어 있으며 상기 설치공과 연결된 체결공을 가지는 설치공 캡, 그리고상기 체결공에 체결되어 있으며, 상기 흑연을 가압하는 가압 부재가 연결되어 있는 볼트를 포함하는이동식 슈퍼 드릴.
- 제3항에서,상기 흑연이 접촉된 회전 축 부분은 인청동인 이동식 슈퍼 드릴.
- 제1항에서,상기 주축 본체 내부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 주축대를 승강 시키는 제1 모 터 및상기 주축대 내부에 배치되어 있으며, 상기 회전 척을 회전시키는 제2 모터를 더 포함하는 이동식 슈퍼 드릴.
- 제1항에서,상기 가공유 공급부는상기 가이드 장치 일측에 결합되어 있는 가공유 몸체, 그리고상기 가공유 몸체에 결합되어 있고, 한쪽 끝이 상기 가이드공 하부에 위치하고 유로공을 가지는 유로관을 포함하는이동식 슈퍼 드릴.유로관
