Claims (8)
- 바인더 수지 및 용제를 포함한 비이클 18~38중량%와 은 마이크로 입자와 은 나노 입자의 은 하이브리드 복합체 60~80중량%, 1~5중량%의 글라스프릿 및 1~5중량%의 첨가제를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더 수지는 셀룰로오스 에스테르(cellulose ester)계, 셀룰로오스에테르(cellulose ether)계의 셀룰로오스 유도체 및 파라핀류 중에서 선택되는 하나 또는 2종 이상이 혼용된 것임을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 은 하이브리드 복합체는 입자크기 1~5㎛ 범위의 은 마이크로 입자 분말 80~95중량%와 입자크기 30~100㎚의 은 나노 입자 분말 5~20중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 은 나노 입자는 바인더 수지 7~12중량%와 탄소수 8~15의 알칸티올류 화합물 2~3중량% 및 용제를 포함하여 구성된 코팅재 조성물에 의해 표면이 코팅되어 단분산 처리된 상태인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 글라스 프릿은, SiO2-PbO-ZnO-Al2O3-TiO2, SiO2-PbO-B2O3-Al2O3, SiO2-PbO-B2O3-Al2O3-ZrO2, SiO2-PbO-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3, SiO2-SrO-B2O3, 또는 SiO2-PbO-ZnO-B2O3-Al2O3 유리 중에서 선택되며, 밀도 5.25~6.25g/cc, 연화점(SP) 440~600℃, 열팽창계수(CTE)가 82×10-7/℃ 내지 96×10-7/℃, 유리전이온도(Tg) 340~400℃, Ts 500~550℃인 봉착 유리 조성물로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 점도 700~1,600 Pa.s, 요변지수 8~12인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제는 분산제, 소포제, 평활제, 산화방지제, 확산방지제 중에서 선택되는 어느 한 종이 사용되거나 또는 2 종 이상이 혼용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물.
- 은 마이크로 입자와 은 나노 입자의 은 하이브리드 복합체를 포함하는 태양전지용 전극 페이스트 조성물을 실리콘 웨이프상에 10~30㎛의 두께의 막으로 인쇄하는 패턴 인쇄단계; 패턴이 인쇄된 실리콘 웨이프를 205~300℃의 온도로 가열하여 용제를 휘발시켜 인쇄된 막을 건조하는 건조단계; 및 상기 건조된 전극형성 막을 650~900℃의 온도로 5초 내지 20초간 열처리하여 소성시켜 전극을 형성하는 소성단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지용 전극 형성방법.
