Claims (8)
- 물 100 중량부,운모 60 내지 70 중량부;산청토 20 내지 30 중량부; 및백자토 10 내지 20 중량부;를 포함하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 운모가 견운모인 것을 특징으로 하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건축물 내장재용 조성물에 10 내지 20 중량부의 귀양석이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재용 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 건축물 내장재용 조성물에 1 내지 2 중량부의 유산소다가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재용 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 건축물 내장용 조성물을 포함하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재.
- 물 100 중량부, 운모 60 내지 70 중량부, 산청토 20 내지 30 중량부 및 백자토 10 내지 20 중량부를 혼합하여 교반하는 혼합단계;상기 혼합단계를 통해 생성된 혼합물을 15 내지 25℃에서 24 내지 30시간 동안 숙성하는 숙성단계;상기 숙성단계를 통해 숙성된 혼합물을 성형틀에 삽입한 후 건조하는 성형단계;상기 성형단계를 통해 건조된 혼합물을 600 내지 700℃로 16 내지 24시간 동안 가열한 후 8 내지 12시간 동안 상온까지 자연 냉각시키는 초벌구이단계; 및상기 초벌구이단계를 통해 초벌구이한 혼합물을 1,000 내지 1,800℃로 8 내지 12시간 동안 가열한 후 상온까지 자연 냉각시키는 재벌구이단계를 포함하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계의 혼합물이 10 내지 20 중량부의 귀양석, 1 내지 2 중량부의 유산소다를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 성형단계의 건조는 일광건조법으로 2 내지 3일 동안 수행되거나, 90 내지 110℃의 온도로 1 내지 5 분 동안 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연재료를 이용한 건축물 내장재의 제조방법.
