Claims (5)
- 녹차의 유효성분이 우러난 녹차농축액을 마련하는 단계;상기 녹차농축액을 밥물로 하여 수세한 쌀을 이용하여 녹차 밥을 짓는 단계;상기 녹차 밥을 이용하여 녹차 누룽지를 만드는 단계;상기 녹차 누룽지를 건조시키고 분쇄하여 분말상태로 만드는 단계; 및상기 분말상태의 녹차 누룽지를 성형하여 즉석식품으로 가공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 녹차가 첨가된 누룽지 가공식품의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법을 통해 제조되는 녹차가 첨가된 누룽지 가공식품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 즉석스낵인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹차가 첨가된 누룽지 가공식품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 국수인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹차가 첨가된 누룽지 가공식품.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식품은 수제비인 것을 특징으로 하는 녹차가 첨가된 누룽지 가공식품.
