Claims (5)
- 두 판의 겹치기 이음을 위한 레이저 용접시 용접부의 용입폭을 측정하는 방법에 있어서,초음파 탐촉자(10)로부터 상판(20)에 초음파를 발신하고 상판(20)의 저면에서 반사된 초음파를 수신하여 최대 에코높이를 측정하는 1단계;상기 초음파 탐촉자(10)가 상기 레이저 용접부(40)의 상측을 통과하도록 수평으로 이동시키면서 에코높이를 측정하는 2단계;상기 2단계에서 측정된 에코높이가 상기 1단계에 측정된 최대 에코높이의 1/2이 되는 초음파 탐촉자(10)의 두 위치를 추출하는 3단계;상기 3단계에서 추출된 두 위치 사이의 거리를 상기 레이저 용접부(40)의 용입폭(w)으로 결정하고 상기 용입폭(w)을 표준 용입폭(w)과 비교하여 품질을 평가하는 4단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파를 이용한 레이저 용접부의 용입폭 측정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 상판(20)의 저면에 도달하는 초음파는 상기 용입폭(w)의 범위 내에 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파를 이용한 레이저 용접부의 용입폭 측정방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 초음파 탐촉자(10)로부터 발신되는 초음파는 주파수가 10 Mhz 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파를 이용한 레이저 용접부의 용입폭 측정방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 초음파 탐촉자(10)는 상기 상판(20)에 대해 수직으로 초음파를 발신하고 수신하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파를 이용한 레이저 용접부의 용입폭 측정방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 초음파 탐촉자(10)는 상판(20)과 일정 높이를 유지하면서 수평 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파를 이용한 레이저 용접부의 용입폭 측정방법.
