Claims (10)
- 글리세롤을 이용 가능하게 하는 브레비박테리움 린넨스 (Brevibacterium Linens) BL2 유래의 서열번호 3의 염기서열을 갖는 glpDFK 오페론.
- 상기 제1항의 glpDFK 오페론을 포함하는 벡터.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 벡터는 도1의 셔틀벡터 pECCG117-Bli glpDFK인 것을 특징으로 하는 벡터.
- 상기 제2항의 벡터로 형질전환된 것을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리아.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 코리네박테리아가 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 (Corynebacterium glutamicum), 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 CgGB3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리아.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 코리네박테리아는 코리네박테리리움 글루타미쿰 C003-0011 (KCCM10886P) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 코리네박테리아.
- 브레비박테리움 린넨스 (Brevibacterium Linens) BL2로부터 유래된 서열번호 3의 염기서열을 갖는 glpDFK 오페론을 포함하는 벡터로 코리네박테리아를 형질전환시키는 단계;상기 형질전환된 코리네박테리아를 탄소원으로서 글리세롤의 일부 혹은 전부가 포함된 배양배지에 접종하여 배양하는 단계; 및상기 배양물로부터 발효산물을 분리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리세롤을 포함한 탄소원에서 코리네박테리아를 이용하여 발효 산물을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 코리네박테리아가 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 (Corynebacterium glutamicum) 및 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 CgGB3로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리세롤을 포함한 탄소원에서 코리네박테리아를 이용하여 발효 산물을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 코리네박테리아가 코리네박테리움 글루타미쿰 C003-0011 (KCCM10886P) 인 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리세롤을 포함한 탄소원에서 코리네박테리아를 이용하여 발 효 산물을 생산하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 발효 산물이 라이신인 것을 특징으로 하는, 글리세롤을 포함한 탄소원에서 코리네박테리아를 이용하여 발효 산물을 생산하는 방법.
