Claims (6)
- 하우징과;상기 하우징에 결합되고, 전원이 인가되는 전원 인가부와;상기 전원 인가부로부터 전원을 인가받아서 발열되는 발열체를 포함하고,상기 하우징의 적어도 일부는 스웨징 가공된 글로우 플러그.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 하우징은원형 구조이고, 스웨징 가공된 튜브와;상기 튜브의 일단에 구비되고, 육각형으로 면치 가공된 헤드를 포함하는 글로우 플러그.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 하우징의 튜브와 헤드는 일체로 가공되는 글로우 플러그.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항의 글로우 플러그의 하우징을 제조하 는 방법으로서,관 구조의 하우징 원 소재를 준비하는 준비 단계와;상기 하우징 원 소재에 인서트 핀을 삽입한 상태로 적어도 1회 스웨징 가공하는 단계와;상기 스웨징 가공된 소재의 일측을 가공하여 헤드를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 글로우 플러그의 하우징 제조방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 하우징 원 소재는 원형 관 구조인 글로우 플러그의 하우징 제조방법.
- 청구항 4 또는 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 스웨징 가공 단계는, 상기 하우징 원 소재를 적어도 1회 인발하는 스웨징 인발 과정과;상기 스웨징 인발 과정 후, 소재의 내부 공간 일단을 확장하는 스웨징 내부 가공 과정을 포함하는 글로우 플러그의 하우징 제조방법.
