Claims (4)
- 정량밸브가 마련된 배출구를 통해, 충입된 기능성 무기물을 정량씩 자중 낙하시키는 제 1 호퍼와, 정량밸브가 마련된 배출구를 통해, 충입된 폴리올레핀계 수지를 정량씩 자중 낙하시키는 제 2 호퍼를 포함하는 호퍼부와;상기 호퍼부로부터 정량씩 투입된 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지를 분쇄롤러를 통해 분쇄하고, 이렇게 분쇄된 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지를 정량밸브가 마련된 배출구를 통해 정량씩 배출하는 분쇄부와;상기 분쇄부에서 배출된 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지의 이송경로인 나선형 이송관 및 상기 나선형 이송관에 압축공기를 불어넣어, 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지의 이송압을 제공하는 압축기를 포함하여 구성된 와류 순환부와;정량밸브가 마련된 배출구가 마련되며, 상기 와류 순환부의 나선형 이송관의 말단이 상부에 연통되게 설치되어, 상기 나선형 이송관을 통해 배출된 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지의 수용공간을 형성하는 혼합 용융조와, 상기 혼합 용융조의 내부에 설치되어서, 상기 나선형 이송관에서 배출되어 자중 낙하하는 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지를 혼합시키며, 바닥면에 적층된 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지를 고속으로 회전시켜 마찰열을 통해 폴리올레핀계 수지와 기능성 무기물을 혼합 용융시킨 폴리머를 형성하는 교반날개부를 포함하는 교반부; 및상기 혼합 용융조에서 정량밸브가 마련된 배출구를 통해 정량씩 배출된 폴리올레핀계 수지와 기능성 무기물로 이루어진 폴리머를, 일방향으로 이송시켜 배출하 는 리드 스크루부를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지 혼합시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나선형 이송관이 연통되게 설치되는 혼합 용융조의 상부에 공기배출구를 형성하여, 나선형 이송관을 통해 배출된 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지는 자중에 의해 낙하되고, 압축기에 의해 공급되어 배출되는 압축공기는 공기배출구를 통해 외부로 배출되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지 혼합시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서 상기 분쇄부의 분쇄롤러는, 외경면이 밀착하여 회전되는 구동롤러와 종동롤러로 구성되며, 이들 구동롤러와 종동롤러의 표면에는 요철이 형성되어, 요철에 의해 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지의 분쇄가 보다 신속하게 이루어지도록 한 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지 혼합시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 교반 날개부는, 혼합 용융조에 직교하여 설치된 교반로드 축과, 상기 교반로드 축의 상측에 설치되어 혼합 용융조내에 와류를 형성하여 자중 낙하되는 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지를 혼합하는 상부 교반날개와, 상기 교반로드 축의 바닥면에 근접되게 설치되어 바닥면에 가라앉은 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지를 고속으로 회전시켜, 마찰열을 통해 이들을 용융시켜 폴리 머를 형성하는 하부 교반날개를 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 무기물과 폴리올레핀계 수지 혼합시스템.
