Description
Claims (10)
- Shh (sonic hedgehog) 단백질 또는 Shh 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 핵산을 포함하는 아스트로사이트 (astrocyte)를 신경줄기세포로 역분화를 유도하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Shh 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 핵산이 Shh 단백질을 발현하는 벡터인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, Shh 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 핵산이 Shh 단백질을 발현하는 바이러스인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 역분화된 신경줄기세포가 아스트로사이트 (astrocyte), 뉴런 (neuron) 및 올리고덴드로사이트 (oligodendrocyte)로의 분화능을 가지는 신경줄기세포인 조성물.
- Shh 단백질 또는 Shh 단백질을 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 핵산을 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 아스트로사이트를 신경줄기세포로 역분화를 유도하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 역분화된 신경줄기세포가 아스트로사이트, 뉴런 및 올리고덴드로사이트로의 분화능을 가지는 신경줄기세포인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 (i) 아스트로사이트를 배지에서 배양하는 단계; (ii) Shh 단백질 또는 코딩하는 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 핵산을 처리하는 단계; 및 (iii) 아스트로사이트를 신경줄기세포로 역분화로 유도하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, (i) 단계에서 아스트로사이트를 배양하는 배지가 bFGF를 포함하는 배지인 방법.
- 제5항의 방법으로 생산된 신경줄기세포.
- 제5항의 방법으로 생산된 신경줄기세포를 아스트로사이트, 뉴런 또는 올리고덴드로사이트로 분화시키는 방법.
