화학적 조성물 및 그의 제조방법{CHEMICAL COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF MAKING THEM}
기술분야
본 발명은 바이메탈 착물 (bimetal complex)를 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 바이메탈 착물은 다관능성 화합물을 둘 이상의 배위원소와 반응시킴으로써 제조할 수 있다.
발명의 배경
폴리카르복실산은 각종 제품에서 사용되는 다관능성 산이다. 카르복실산의 이온형은 그의 에스테르 및 염과 더불어 카르복실레이트로서 알려져 있다. 예컨대 구리(II) 말로네이트, 구리(II) 구리 글루타메이트, 구리 시트레이트 및 기타 공지의 구리 착물로서 존재하는 구리(II) 카르복실레이트의 구조화학을 규명하기 위하여 결정 공학에서 카르복실레이트 이온의 광범위한 사용을 통해 다양한 구리 카르복실레이트가 공지되었다.
그러나 다관능성 산의 구리(II) 반응 산물 및 카르복실레이트의 형성 연구는 원하는 산물을 합성하기 위해서는 합성 조건, 화학량론 및 온도를 알고 적용하여야 한다는 점에서 문제가 있다. 예를 들면 구리 카보네이트와 말론산 1:2 몰비의 혼합물을 5℃에서 수주동안 방치하면 진한 청색의 구리(II) 말로네이트 삼수화물 결정이 형성된다.
둘 이상의 배위원소와 다관능성 카르복실산 화합물의 반응산물을 함유하는 조성물을 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다. 예를 들면 구리 및 적어도 하나의 다른 금속 성분 예컨대 아연 모두를 갖는 말로네이트를 제공하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 이는 말론산 혼합물 및 상기 금속 성분을 3:1:1 몰비로 반응시켜 얻을 수 있는데 녹청색 구리(II) 아연(II) 말로네이트 결정이 형성된다.
폴리아민은 많은 제품에서 사용되는 다관능성 염기이다. 금속 성분과 조합시 아민의 이온형은 그 아미드 및 염과 더불어 아미노 착물을 형성할 수 있다. 예컨대 구리(II) 아민 착물와 같이 아민 착물의 구조화학을 규명하기 위하여 결정 공학에서 다양한 구리 아민 착물이 광범위하게 사용되고 있다. 구리(II) 아민 착물은 다수의 형태로 존재하는데 이들 중 많은 수가 짙은 청색(intensive blue color)이다. 예를 들면 짙은 청색의 다양한 구리(II) 에틸렌디아민 착물이 공지되어 있다.
그러나 다관능성 아민의 반응 산물 및 아민 착물의 형성 연구는 원하는 산물을 합성하기 위해서 합성 조건, 화학량론 및 온도를 알고 적용하여야 한다는 점에서 문제가 있다. 예를 들면 부틸렌 디아민, 염화구리, 염화아연 3:1:1 몰비의 혼합물은 건조 청색 결정을 형성하게 된다.
둘 이상의 배위원소와 다관능성 카르복실산 화합물의 반응산물을 함유하는 조성물을 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다. 예를 들면 구리 및 적어도 하나의 다른 금속 구성원 예컨대 아연을 모두 갖는 아민 착물을 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다.
카르복실기 및 아민기를 갖는 다관능성 유기 화합물은 아미노산으로 알려져 있다. 아미노산의 이온형은 매질의 pH에 따라 가변적인데 산의 이온형은 카르복실레이트로서 알려져 있고 아민의 이온형은 암모늄 착물로서 알려져 있다.
구리(II) 아미노산 복합체의 구조화학을 규명하기 위하여 결정 공학에서 아미노산의 광범위한 사용을 통해 다양한 구리 아미노산 착물이 공지되었다. 이들은 구리(II) 글리시네이트, 구리 II 글루타메이트 등과 같이 여러가지 형태로 존재한다. 그러나 다관능성 아미노산의 반응 산물 및 아미노산 착물의 형성에 대한 연구는 원하는 산물을 합성하기 위해서 합성 조건, 화학량론 및 온도를 알고 적용하여야 한다는 점에서 문제가 있다.
둘 이상의 배위원소와 아미노산 화합물의 반응산물을 함유하는 조성물을 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다. 예를 들면 구리 및 적어도 하나의 다른 금속 구성원 예컨대 아연을 갖는 아미노산 착물을 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다. 예를 들면 글루탐산, 아연 카르보네이트 및 구리 카르보네이트 3:1:1 몰비의 혼합물은 녹청색 결정을 형성하게 된다. 둘 이상의 배위원소와 다관능성 화합물의 반응 산물을 함유하는 조성물을 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다. 구리 및 적어도 하나의 다른 금속 구성원 예컨대 아연을 모두 갖는 글루타메이트를 제공하는 것은 바람직할 것이다.
본 발명의 목적은 바이메탈 착물을 함유하는 조성물을 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 바이메탈 착물을 제조하는 방법을 제공하는 것이다. Z
본 발명의 조성물은 바이메탈 착물을 함유한다. 상기 바이메탈 착물은 둘 이상의 배위원소와 다관능성 화합물의 반응 산물일 수 있다. 상기 다관능성 화합물은 예컨대 다관능성 산 또는 아미노산일 수 있다. 상기 배위 원소는 원소 주기율표의 4주기 및 5주기의 IIIA족 내지 VIIIA족, IB족 내지 IIIB족에 리스트된 원소 및 3주기의 IIIB족 내 알루미늄으로부터 선택될 수 있다.
그러한 반응 산물의 제조방법도 기술한다. 구체예에서, 바이메탈 착물은 1) 하나 이상의 다관능성 화합물을 둘 이상의 배위원소와 다관능성 화합물 대 둘 이상의 배위원소 몰비가 적어도 3:2로 접촉시키는 단계 및 2) 상기 반응 산물을 분리하는 단계로 제조된다.
구체예에서 구리-아연 말로네이트 복합체는 말론산과 구리와 아연 성분으로부터 합성된다. 구리-아연 이중염(dual salts) 제조방법도 기술한다. 구체예에서 구리-아연 말로네이트 조성물은 1) 수용액 내에서 구리 및 아연 구성원을 함유하는 하나 이상의 염기로 말론산을 말론산 대 구리 대 아연의 몰비가 약 3:1:1 되도록 접촉시키는 단계 및 2) 상기 구리-아연 말로네이트 산물을 회수하는 단계로 제조된다.
제조공정에서 과량의 말론산은 구리-아연 말로네이트의 형성을 유발하여 이 들이 반응액으로부터 침전되게 할 수 있다.
바람직한 구체예의 상세한 기술
이하 둘 이상의 배위원소와 다관능성 화합물의 반응 산물의 제조방법 및 그러한 반응 산물을 함유하는 조성물에 대해 기술한다.
용액내에서 금속 양이온과 착물을 이룰 수 있는 적어도 두개의 관능기를 포함하는 화합물이라면 어느 것이든 상기 다관능성 화합물이 될 수 있다. 존재할 수 있는 관능기는 카르복실산기 및 아미노기가 포함된다. 적합한 다관능성 화합물은 다관능성 산, 다관능성 아민 및 아미노산을 포함하지만 이에 한정되지 않는다. 그 밖의 적합한 다관능성 화합물은 본 발명의 개시된 바를 읽는 당업자가 용이하게 상정할 수 있다. 다관능성 화합물의 혼합물도 물론 사용할 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
다관능성 산은 주로 둘 이상의 카르복실산기를 갖는 단량체 조성물이다. 다관능성 산의 비제한적 예는 말레산, 푸마르산, 시트라콘산, 이타콘산, 글루타콘산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 시클로헥산 디카르복실산, 숙신산, 아디프산, 세박산, 아제알산, 말론산, 도데칸디오익산, 1,18-옥타데칸디오익산, 다이머산(모노-, 디- 또는 트리불포화 지방산, 산왁스, 산무수물 그래프트 왁스, 또는 그밖의 적합한 폴리카르복실산기 화합물로부터 제조됨), 알케닐 숙신산(예컨대 n-도데세닐숙신산, 도세실숙신산 및 옥타데세닐숙신산)을 포함한다. 상기 다관능성 산은 산 형태, 무수물 형태, 염 형태, 또는 그의 혼합물로 존재할 수 있다.

Cu/ Zn 말로네이트의 바람직한 구현예

말론산은 그 에스테르 및 염 뿐만 아니라 이온 형태도 말로네이트로 알려져 있다. 예를 들어, 디에틸 말로네이트는 말론산의 에틸 에스테르이다. 후술하는 바와 같이 구리-아연 말로네이트라는 용어는 구리 및 아연 성분을 갖는 말론산의 모든 염 물질에 대해서 사용한다.

구현예에서 생성된 반응 산물을 대상에 접촉시키기에 적합한 조성물의 활성 성분으로 사용할 수 있다. 이 활성 성분은 여러 성분과 혼합하여 촉매제, 폴리머 가교결합, 전기재료의 초전도화, 의약품, 식품 보조제 등과 같은 수많은 화학 응용제품을 만들 수 있다. 독성학적으로 적합한 조성물에서 활성 성분들은 피부, 또는 인체 또는 다른 포유동물의 다른 조직에 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 제품으로는 예를 들어 제품이 사용되는 조직에 적합한 담체, 매개물 또는 매질과 같은 피부과학적 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체, 매개물 또는 매질을 포함할 수 있다. 이하 "피부과학적 또는 약제학적으로 허용되는"이라는 표현은 조성물 또는 그 성분이 과도 한 독성, 부적합성, 불안정성, 알러지 반응 등이 없이 일반적으로 환자에게 사용되거나 이들 조직에 접촉시켜 사용하는데에 적합하다는 것을 의미한다. 구현예에서 본 발명에 따르는 조성물은 화장품 및/또는 피부과에서 통상적으로 사용하는 모든 성분을 함유할 수 있다. 구현예에서 활성 성분들은 고상 뿐아니라 용액중에서 결정으로 제공되도록 조성할 수 있다.
구현예에서, 활성 성분으로서 본 발명에 따르는 반응 산물을 함유하는 제품은 연령과 관련된 피부 상태의 치료에 사용되는 용액, 에멀젼 (마이크로에멀젼 포함), 현탁액, 크림, 로션, 겔, 분말 또는 다른 전형적인 고상 또는 액상 조성물의 형태일 수 있다. 이러한 조성물은 본 발명에 따르는 반응 산물에 부가하여 항미생물제, 보습 및 수화제, 투과제(penetration agent), 보존제, 유화제, 천연 또는 합성 오일, 용매, 계면활성제, 세제, 겔화제, 연화제, 항산화제, 방향제, 충진제, 증점제, 왁스, 냄새흡착제, 염료, 착색제, 분말, 점도-조절제 및 물, 선택적으로 마취제, 가려움 완화제, 식물성 추출물, 컨디셔닝제, 다크닝제(darkening agent) 및 미백제, 광택제(glitter), 습윤제, 미카, 광물, 폴리페놀, 실리콘 또는 그 유도체, 자외선차단제, 비타민 및 약용식물을 포함하는 그러한 제품에 전형적으로 사용되는 다른 성분들을 함유할 수 있다.
상기 구현예에서와 같이 제품은 총 조성물의 약 0.001 내지 약 5 중량% 양의 구리-아연 말로네이트를 함유하도록 제조할 수 있다. 구현예에서 제품은 총 조성물의 약 0.05 내지 약 1.0 중량% 양의 구리-아연 말로네이트를 함유하도록 제조할 수 있다. 다른 구현예에서는 구리-아연 말로네이트의 양을 총 조성물의 약 0.1 내지 약 0.5 중량%를 함유한다. 이때에 구리-아연 말로네이트는 약제학적으로 허용되는 염 형태일 수 있다. 제제 중에 다른 활성 성분들이 동일 농도로 포함될 수 있다.
구현예에서 본 발명에 따르는 조성물은 바람직하지 못한 피부과적 상태를 경감 및 제거하는 것과 같은 개선을 위해 피부에 국소적으로 적용될 수 있다. 이하에서 "치료한다", "치료하는" 또는 "치료"의 용어는 바람직하지 않은 피부과적 상태의 발생을 방지하기 위하여 예방용으로, 또는 기존의 피부과적 상태의 완화 및/또는 피부 미용처리 효과의 지속을 위한 치료적 용도로 사용되는 것을 의미한다. 바람직하지 않은 피부 상태를 경감 및/또는 제거하는 여러가지 상이한 치료 방법이 있다.
이하 "바람직하지 않은 피부 상태"란 하나 이상의 바람직하지 않은 외관 및 /또는 불쾌한 감촉을 갖는 피부를 포함하는 각종 치료를 필요로 하는 모든 피부 상태를 말한다. 이 용어는 또한 모든 바람직하지 않은 질환을 갖거나 손상된 피부 상태 뿐 만 아니라 미용적으로 바람직하지 않은 모든 피부 상태를 말한다.
본 발명에 따르는 조성물의 국소 적용으로 치료될 수 있는 바람직하지 않은 피부 상태는 다음에 한정되지는 않지만, 여드름(뾰루지); 아토피성 피부염; 모반; 카페오레 점 (cafe-au-laits spot); 통상의 양성 피부암 또는 증식; 세균, 곰팡이, 효모 및/또는 바이러스에 의해 발생되는 손톱 감염과 같은 통상의 손톱 질환; 손발톱 주위염;건선과 같은 피부 질환으로 인한 손톱 이상 및/또는 손톱 손상; 눈꺼풀 접촉성 피부염, 아토피성 피부염, 세균성 피부 감염 (농가진 또는 결막염), 황색판종, 눈밑물사마귀, 피부연성섬유종, 땀띠, 비신생물성 모반 (Naevus), 및/또는 화 염상 모반과 같은 눈 주위의 통상의 피부 상태; 자극성 접촉성 피부염, 알러지성 접촉성 피부염, 접촉 두드러기, 진균 감염, 손발톱주위염, 및/또는 바이러스성 사마귀와 같은 가사와 관련된 통상의 피부 상태; 지루성 피부염, 두피 건선, 편평 태선, 원판상 홍반 루푸스 (DLE), 원형탈모증, 지루성 각화증 (지루성 사마귀, 검버섯(age spot)), 일광 각화증, 혈관육종, 진균 감염 (버짐, 머리백선증), 모낭 세균 감염 (모낭염, 종기), 및/또는 대상포진 (헤르페스 조스터)와 같은 통상의 두피 질환; 아토피성 피부염, 아토피성 습진, 원반모양 습진, 백색잔비늘증, 백반증, 및/또는 원형 탈모증과 같은 통상의 소아질환; 구강 칸디다증, 구강 백색판증, 아프타성 궤양 및/또는 구강 편평태선과 같은 통상의 입과 입술의 질환; 피부 외관 및 피부결 변화, 노인성 자색반증, 건조증/건조 습진, 피부 감염/감염, 색소 변화, 물집이 생기는 질환, 비-암성(non-cancerous) 피부 증식, 암성 피부 증식, 약물 부작용, 및/또는 정체 피부염과 같은 통상적인 노인성 피부 문제; 통상적인 바이러스성 사마귀; 접촉 알러지; 기저귀 칸디다증, 약물 알러지, 모낭염; 주근깨; 백색 반점, 무좀, 완선, 및/또는 모닐리아증/칸디다증과 같은 피부 진균 감염; 물방울 저색소증; 탈모; 손 습진; 농가진; 주름, 눈가주름, 잔주름 등; 기미; 물사마귀; 자극 및/또는 알러지와 같은 간헐성 피부질환; 감염후 착색; 건선; 장미여드름; 대상포진; 피부암; 당뇨병성 피부질환; 임신 피부질환; 자극성 접촉 피부염 및/또는 알러지 접촉 피부염, 화장에 의한 여드름 (여드름), 선스크린 알러지, 및 또는 특정 화장품 알러지, 일광성 흑자(solar lentigenes)와 같은 화장품에 의해 유발되는 피부 질환; 머리 백선증; 바이러스성 사마귀; 백반증; 및 이러한 바람직하지 않은 피부 상태의 조합을 포함한다.
구현예에서 본 발명에 따르는 조성물은 피부질환 또는 피부에 어떠한 방식으로든 영향을 주는 진균, 바이러스, 및/ 또는 세균과 같은 병원의 과량으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 각종 상태를 치료하는데 적합하다.
구현예에서 바람직하지 않은 피부상태는 건선, 범프(bumps), 레이져번 (razor burn), 및/또는 부스럼과 같은 거친 피부결 또는 고르지 않은 외관의 피부를 말한다.
본 발명에 따르는 조성물에서 사용되는 특정 활성 성분(들) 및 그 농도는 일반적으로 조성물을 사용하는 목적에 따라 다르다. 예를 들어, 피부 상태의 유형 및 정도에 따라 용법 및 사용빈도가 달라질 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르는 치료에서는 구리, 아연 및/또는 은을 함유하는 것과 같은 하나 이상의 활성 성분으로 바람직하지 않은 피부 상태를 개선하는 효능을 갖는 양을 피부에 접촉시킨다. 구현예에서는 피부질환을 갖고 있는 환자의 피부에 하나 이상의 구리-아연 말로네이트를 국소 적용시켜 치료한다. 구현예에서는 본 발명에 따르는 하나 이상의 염을 피부질환을 갖고 있는 환자의 피부에 국소 적용하여 치료한다. 치료 목적이 달성될 때까지 활성 성분을 사용한다. 그러나, 치료 기간은 상태의 심각한 정도에 따라 달라질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 치료 목적이 피부상태를 경감시키는 것이냐 제거하는 것이냐에 따라 치료를 수주일 내지 수개월간 지속할 수 있다.
치료 구현예에서 본 발명에 따르는 조성물 및 방법은 다른 피부 치료 시스템 과 조합시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 바이메탈 염 착물을 롱비치 캘리포니아의 오.엠.피 주식회사 (O.M.P. Inc.)의 오바기 누덤 (Obagi NuDerm®)피부 치료시스템 및 관련 오바기 피부 관리 제품과같은 피부 치료 시스템과 조합하여 피부에 사용할 수 있다. 보다 구체적으로는 구리-아연 말로네이트 조성물을 오바기 누덤 (Obagi NuDerm®) 피부 치료 시스템과 조합함으로써 그 시스템의 유익한 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르는 활성 조성 및 제제는 다른 제품 제제에 결합시키거나 다른 피부 치료 전, 후 및/또는 동시에 사용할 수 있다.
구현예에서 본 발명에 따르는 조성물은 어떠한 활성 성분도 포함할 수 있으며 출원인이 공통인 미국 특허출원인 "구리-아연 조성물을 사용한 노화방지 치료방법" (미국특허 제11/452,642, 2006. 6. 14.출원)에 기재된 내용을 참조하여 사용할 수 있다.
다음의 실시예는 본 발명에 따르는 조성물 및 방법을 예시하는 것으로서 제한하는 것이 아니다.
실시예 1
하기 실시예 1은 본 발명에 따르는 구리-아연 말로네이트를 제조하기 위한 반응 혼합물의 적합한 성분을 보여준다.

아연 카보네이트 0.626 g
물 100 ml
실시예 2
1.8g의 말론산 (CH2(COOH)2)을 0.632g의 구리 카보네이트 (CuCO3·Cu(OH)2), 0.626g의 아연 카보네이트 (3Zn(OH)2·2ZnCO3), 및 100 ml의 물과 혼합하여 분산액을 만들었다. 이 용액을 반응물이 용액이 될 때까지 가열하였다. 말론산, 구리 카보네이트, 및 아연 카보네이트 (3:1:1 몰비) 수용액을 실온으로 유지시키면 분명한 진한 청색 결정이 침전되어 수용액으로부터 분리되었다. 동일 분자에서 산 기(acid group)을 구리 및 아연 양이온으로 치환시킴으로써 이중 염이 형성되었다. 진한 청색 결정은 약 210℃ 의 융점을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다.
ASTM-D-1971-95 (상기 미국출원 참조)로 처리하여 6010 방법 (I.C.P.) (상기 미국출원 참조)에 따라 분석한 결과 샘플은 16.5% 구리 및 12.4% 아연을 함유하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
실시예 3
1.8g의 말론산 (CH2(COOH)2)을 0.632g의 구리 카보네이트 (CuCO3·Cu(OH)2), 0.626g의 아연 카보네이트 (3Zn(OH)2·2ZnCO3), 및 100 ml의 끓는 물과 혼합하였다. 말론산, 구리 카보네이트, 및 아연 카보네이트 (3:1:1 몰비) 수용액을 실온에 1주일간 두면 분명한 진한 청색 결정이 침전되어 수용액으로부터 분리되었다.
실시예 4
3몰의 말론산을 구리 카보네이트로서 1몰의 구리 및 아연 카보네이트로서 1몰의 아연과 100 ml 의 가열된 물 (약 95-100℃)이 들어 있는 교반 탱크 반응기에서 완전히 혼합한다. 잠깐 반응시킨 후, 구리-아연 말로네이트이 용액으로부터 높은 수율로 침전된다. 여과 단계를 거쳐 착물을 분말로 분리한다. 수득된 진한 청색 결정은 약 210℃의 융점을 갖는다.
실시예 5
본 실시예에서 구리-아연 말로네이트 제제를 다음과 같이 제조한다:

실시예 6
얼굴에 주름이 있는 72세의 여성을 대상으로 하였다. 유효량의 구리-아연 말로네이트 활성 성분을 함유하는 피부 치료에 적합한 실시예 5의 조성물을 매일 2회 환자의 얼굴에 규칙적으로 사용하였다. 주름이 개선 및 없어졌다.
실시예 7
3몰의 글루탐산을 구리 카보네이트로서 1몰의 구리 및 아연 카보네이트로서 1몰의 아연과 100 ml 의 가열된 물 (약 95-100℃)이 들어 있는 교반 탱크 반응기에서 완전히 혼합한다. 잠깐 반응시킨 후, 구리-아연 글루탐산염이 용액으로부터 높은 수율로 침전된다. 여과 단계를 거쳐 착물을 분말로 분리한다.
본 발명에 따르는 몇 가지 구현예를 기재하였으나, 본 발명은 이들 구현예에만 한정되는 것은 아니며 당업자가 명세서로부터 이해할 수 있는 범위를 포함하는 것이다. 그러므로, 상기내용은 본 발명을 한정하는 것이 아니라 예시적인 것으로 이해되어야 한다. 당업자라면 이하 특허청구범위의 내용 및 그 범위안에서 다른 변형이 가능하다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 발명에 따르는 바이메탈 착물은 각종 의약, 식품 보조제 및 각종 화학 응용제품에 활용되어 우수한 효과를 달성한다.

Claims (25)

  1. 다관능성 화합물이 원소 주기율표의 IB, IIB, IIIB족 및 4주기 및 5에 리스트된 원소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 둘 이상의 배위원소와 반응한 산물을 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배위원소가 구리 및 아연인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 다관능성 산, 다관능성 아민 및 아미노산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 다관능성 산인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 말레산, 푸마르산, 시트라콘산, 이타콘산, 글루타콘산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 시클로헥산 디카르복실산, 숙신산, 아디프산, 세박산, 아제알산, 말론산, 도데칸디오익산, 1,18-옥타데칸디오익산, 다이머산 및 알케닐 숙신산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 말론산인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 다관능성 아민인 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 아미노산인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 글루탐산인 조성물.
  10. 다관능성 화합물을 용매내에 용해하여 용액을 형성하고;
    제1 배위원소의 원천을 상기 용액에 가하고;
    제2 배위원소의 원천을 상기 용액에 가하고; 그리고
    바이메탈 복합체를 회수하는 것을 포함하는 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 배위원소가 각각 구리 및 아연인 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 다관능성 산, 다관능성 아민 및 아미노산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 다관능성 산인 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 말레산, 푸마르산, 시트라콘산, 이타콘산, 글루타콘산, 프탈산, 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 시클로헥산 디카르복실산, 숙신산, 아디프산, 세박산, 아제알산, 말론산, 도데칸디오익산, 1,18-옥타데칸디오익산, 다이머산 및 알케닐 숙신산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 말론산인 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  16. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다관능성 화합물이 다관능성 아민인 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  17. 제10항에 있어서, 제1 배위원소의 원천이 용액내에서 Cu+ 2이온을 제공하는 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  18. 제10항에 있어서, 제2 배위원소의 원천이 용액내에서 Zn+ 2이온을 제공하는 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  19. 제10항에 있어서, 제1 배위원소의 원천 및 제2 배위원소의 원천이 각각 화학 식 Cu(O2C-CH2CO)2 및 Zn(O2C-CH2CO2)2의 화합물을 제공하는 바이메탈 복합체의 형성방법.
  20. 하나 이상의 구리 분자;
    하나 이상의 아연 분자;
    하나의 중심 단위를 포함하는 조성물로서, 상기 중심 단위는 적어도 하나의 다관능성 화합물을 포함하고 상기 중심 단위가 하나 이상의 구리 분자 및 하나 이상의 아연 분자를 배위결합으로 가교하는 조성물.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 중심 단위는 다관능성 산, 다관능성 아민 및 아미노산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 다관능성 화합물을 포함하는 조성물.
  22. 하나 이상의 구리 분자;
    하나 이상의 아연 분자; 및
    하나의 중심 단위를 포함하는 말로네이트 조성물로서, 상기 중심 단위는 하나 이상의 구리 분자 및 하나 이상의 아연 분자를 배위결합으로 가교하는 말로네이트 조성물.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 구리 분자가 테트라아쿠아구리(II) 스퀘어인 말로네이트 조성물.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 하나 이상의 아연 분자가 테트라아쿠아아연 스퀘어인 말로네이트 조성물.
  25. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 중심 단위가 8면체(octahedral) 디아쿠아디마로네이토구리(II) 단위인 말로네이트 조성물.
