Claims (8)
- 솔레노이드 밸브,상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 온 또는 오프시키는 스위치,상기 솔레노이드 밸브 및 상기 스위치에 인가되는 전압을 증폭시키는 증폭기,상기 증폭기의 출력을 이용하여 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 저항을 구하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 증폭기의 출력에서 상기 솔레노이드 밸브 및 상기 스위치에 인가되는 전압을 계산하고, 상기 계산된 전압을 이용하여 제1솔레노이드 저항을 계산하고, 상기 제1솔레노이드 저항에 대응하는 솔레노이드 저항 오프셋을 계산하고, 상기 솔레노이드 저항 오프셋을 반영하여 상기 제1솔레노이드 저항의 크기를 보정함으로써 제2솔레노이드 저항을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 밸브 및 상기 스위치에 인가되는 전압은 상기 증폭기의 출력을 상기 증폭기의 증폭비로 나누어 계산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸 브의 제어장치
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1솔레노이드 저항의 계산은 상기 솔레노이드 밸브 및 상기 스위치에 인가되는 전압을 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 흐르는 전류로 나눈 값에서 미리 설정된 상기 스위치의 저항값을 감산하여 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 솔레노이드 저항 오프셋은 상기 제1솔레노이드 저항의 크기에서 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 온도를 추정하고, 상기 추정된 온도에서의 상기 스위치의 저항과 미리 설정된 스위치의 저항간의 차이를 상기 증폭기의 증폭비로 곱하여 구한 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 증폭기는 차동증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
- 솔레노이드 밸브,상기 솔레노이드 밸브를 온 또는 오프시키는 스위치,상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 인가되는 전압을 증폭시키는 증폭기,상기 증폭기의 출력을 이용하여 상기 솔레노이드 밸브의 저항을 구하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 증폭기의 출력에서 상기 솔레노이드 밸브에 인가되는 전압을 계산하고, 상기 계산된 전압을 이용하여 제1솔레노이드 저항을 계산하고, 상기 제1솔레노이드 저항에 대응하는 솔레노이드 저항 오프셋을 계산하고, 상기 솔레노이드저항 오프셋을 반영하여 상기 제1솔레노이드 저항의 크기를 보정함으로써 제2솔레노이드 저항을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어장치
