Description
Claims (14)
- 한쪽면에 2층 이상의 도막이 형성된 도장 강판으로서, 도장 기재가 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판이고, 다른쪽 면의 열 방사율이 40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 2층 이상의 도막의 합계의 두께가 10㎛ 이상인 도장 강판.
- 한쪽면에 2층 이상의 도막이 형성된 도장 강판으로서, 도장 기재가 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판이고, 또한, 상기 2층 이상의 도막 중의 최외층 이외의 1층 이상의 도막 중에, 적어도 파장이 6㎛에서의 열 방사율이 60% 이상인 안료와 파장이 12㎛에서의 열 방사율이 60% 이상인 안료 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 한쪽면에 2층 이상의 도막이 형성된 도장 강판으로서, 도장 기재가 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판이고, 또한, 상기 2층 이상의 도막 중의 최외층 이외의 1층 이상의 도막 중에, 적어도 티타니아와 카본 블랙 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 안료가 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 2층 이상의 도막의 합계 두께가 5㎛ 이상인 도장 강판.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도막이 형성된 면의, 최외층 이외의 도막의 두께가 10㎛이하이고, 도막 전체의 두께가 50㎛ 이하 인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 한쪽면에 2층 이상의 도막이 형성된 도장 강판으로서, 도장 기재가 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판이고, 다른쪽 면에 무기 피복 또는 무기 유기 복합 피복이 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 무기 피복 또는 무기 유기 복합 피복에 의해 형성되는 층이, Si, P, V, Al, Mg, Mo, Zr 및 Ti에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 청구항 7 또는 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 무기 피복층 또는 무기 유기 복합 피복층에 적어도 파장이 6㎛에서의 열 방사율이 60% 이상인 안료와 파장이 12㎛에서의 열 방사율이 60% 이상인 안료 중 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽이 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면 처리 강판.
- 청구항 7 내지 청구항 9 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 무기 피복층 또는 무기 유기 복합 피복층의 부착량이 10㎎/㎡ 이상 1500㎎/㎡ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 청구항 7 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도막이 형성된 면과 반대측 면의 표면 저항치가 5Ω 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 11 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 도막이 형성된 면의 열 방사율이 80% 이상인 도장 강판.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 합금화 용융 아연 도금 강판이, 하기 (a) 내지 (c)중 어느 1개 이상에 해당하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 강판.(a) 도금 부착량(g/㎡)과 도금 피막중의 Fe 농도(질량%)의 곱이, 450이하이다.(b) 도금 피막 중의 Al 농도가, 0.25질량% 이상이다.(c) 모재강 중의 Si 함유량이, 0.02∼0.2질량%이다.
- 청구항 1 ∼ 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항 기재의 도장 강판이 사용되는 전자 기기로서, 상기 도막이 형성된 면이 기기의 외측을 향해 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 기기.
