Claims (6)
- 격자 형상으로 형성된 블랙 매트릭스를 포함하고 화상을 표시하는 액정패널; 및 외부에서 입력된 광 신호에 대응하여 기전력을 발생하는 신호 인식부를 포함하는 태블릿 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 신호 인식부는, 상기 격자형상의 일방향으로 연장된 상기 블랙 매트릭스에 평면적으로 포함되면서 단면적으로 상부에 위치하도록 적층되어 있는 다수개의 제 1 광 기전력 발생층;적어도 상기 제 1 광 기전력 발생층 상부를 커버하도록 적층되어 있는 절연층;상기 격자형상의 일방향과 수직한 방향으로 연장된 상기 블랙 매트릭에 평면적으로 포함되면서 단면적으로 상부에 위치하도록 적층되어 있는 다수개의 제 2 광 기전력 발생층; 및전 영역상에 적층된 보호막을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태블릿 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 제 1 및 제 2 광 기전력 발생층은, 순차적으로 적층된 하부 전극층, P형 반도체층, N형 반도체층 및 상부 전극층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태블릿 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 각 제 1 및 제 2 광 기전력 발생층은, 순차적으로 적층된 하부 전극층, N형 반도체층, P형 반도체층 및 상부 전극층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 태블릿 액정표시장치.
- 제 2 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 각 제 1 및 제 2 광 기전력 발생층의 선폭은 상기 격자형상이 블랙 매트릭스 선폭보다 작거나 같게 형성함으로서, 상기 블랙 매트릭스에 평면적으로 포함되는 위치에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태블릿 액정표시장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 신호 인식부는 상기 액정패널의 상부에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태블릿 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 액정패널은 추가적으로 상기 블랙 매트릭스의 상부 및 하부에 배치된 제 1 및 제 2 기판을 포함하고, 상기 신호 인식부는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 기판 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 태블릿 액정표시장치.
