Description
Claims (5)
- 한쪽 단이 개구하고, 다른쪽 단이 바닥부에 의해 폐색(閉塞)하고 있으며, 한쪽 단과 다른쪽 단을 연결하는 측면을 갖는 복수의 바닥이 있는 통(筒)형상체와, 상기 복수의 바닥이 있는 통형상체를 연결하는 연결부를 갖는 일체의 케이스와, 상기 복수의 바닥이 있는 통형상체의 각각의 바닥부의 내측 바닥면(inner bottom surface)에 배치되는 압전소자를 구비하는 초음파 센서에 있어서,상기 케이스는 상기 복수의 바닥이 있는 통형상체의 바닥부의 외측 바닥면(outer bottom surface)이 1개의 면 위에 위치하는 상태에서 각각의 측면의 바닥부 근방의 측면부분끼리가 상기 연결부를 통해서 연결되어 있으며,상기 케이스를 지지하고 있는 탄성부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부의 공진 주파수는 상기 압전소자의 구동 주파수와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 바닥이 있는 통형상체에 있어서의 상기 연결부를 통하여 연결되어 있는 다른 바닥이 있는 통형상체의 방향에 위치하는 측면부분의 두께는, 그것과 수직인 방향에 위치하는 측면부분의 두께보다도 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바닥이 있는 통형상체의 외측 바닥면의 외곽형상이 각형(角形)인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 바닥이 있는 통형상체의 외측 바닥면은, 상기 연결부의 외측면과 함께 평탄한 하나의 면을 이루고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 센서.
