Claims (11)
- Ba, Ca 및 Ti를 함유하고, 일반식 ABO3으로 표현되는 페로브스카이트형 결정 구조를 갖는 화합물을 포함하는 주성분과,A의 산화물(단, A는 6배위 시의 유효 이온 반경이 0.065㎚∼0.085㎚의 범위에 있는 양이온 원소군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종)을 포함하는 제5 부성분을 갖는 유전체 자기 조성물로서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물은 Ca 원소를 함유하는 복수의 결정 입자로 구성되어 있고,상기 각 결정 입자의 입자 내부 전체 중 Ca 농도의 평균값을 입자 내 Ca 농도로 한 경우에,상기 결정 입자의 상호 간에 상기 입자 내 Ca 농도는 적어도 편차를 가지며 상기 편차는 CV값으로서 5% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 결정 입자의 상호 간의 상기 입자 내 Ca 농도의 편차는 CV값으로서 5% 이상, 20% 미만인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제5 부성분의 함유량이 상기 주성분 100몰에 대하여 A의 산화물 환산으로 0몰보다 많고, 4몰 미만인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제5 부성분에 포함되는 A의 산화물이 Al의 산화물, Cr의 산화물, Ga의 산화물 및 Ge의 산화물에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물 중 Ca 원소의 함유량이 상기 ABO3 100몰에 대하여 30몰 이하인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물은 MgO, CaO, BaO 및 SrO에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 제1 부성분과,적어도 소결 조제로서 기능하는 제2 부성분과,Mn의 산화물을 함유하는 제3 부성분과,R의 산화물(단, R은 Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb 및 Lu에서 선택되는 적어도 1종)을 포함하는 제4 부성분을 더 함유하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제2 부성분이 산화 실리콘을 주성분으로 하는 화합물을 함유하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 상기 제1∼제4 부성분의 비율이제1 부성분 : 0.1∼3몰,제2 부성분 : 2∼10몰,제3 부성분 : 0.1∼2.5몰,제4 부성분 : 0.1∼14몰(단, 상기 제4 부성분의 몰수는 R 단독으로의 비율임)인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,V2O5, MoO3 및 WO3에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는 제6 부성분을 상기 주성분 100몰에 대하여 0.01∼0.5몰로 더 함유하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성된 유전체 층을 갖는 전자 부품.
- 제1항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성된 유전체 층과 내부 전극 층이 교대로 적층하고 있는 콘덴서 소자 본체를 갖는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
