- 제1공정: 원료의 선정주원료는 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육과 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 선정하여 구성하고, 새콤함을 위하여 구연산을 선정하여 구성하고, 무설탕으로 달콤함을 위하여 스테비오사이드(Stevioside)을 선정하여 구성하고, 석류의 떫은맛을 개선 중화시키기 위하여 스테비오사이드를 선정하여 구성하고, 기능성으로는 비타민C와 콜라겐을 선정하여 구성하고, 비타민C의 산화 방지를 위한 피막과 원료의 조직 결속력으로 콜라겐을 선정하여 구성하고, 새콤달콤함으로 침출(浸出) 차의 혁명적 새로운 페라다임인 천연과일 비타 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 홍차의 원료들을 선정하여 구성하고, 무설탕 무색소 무방부제 무 합성향료의 웰빙(well-being) 침출 차의 원료들을 선정하여 구성하는 공정;제2공정: 배합기준 및 구성 비율홍차[紅茶 Tea] 잎: 45 내지 54(중량)%석류(石榴 pomegranate): 37 내지 28(중량)%구연산(Citric acid): 6 내지 4(중량)%스테비오사이드(Stevioside): 4 내지 2(중량)%콜라겐(Collagen): 6 내지 8(중량)%비타민C: 2 내지 4(중량)%합계: 100(중량)%로 하는 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 석류 비타 홍차[紅茶 Tea]의 배합 비율로 구성하는 공정;제3공정: 홍차[紅茶 Tea] 파쇄구입하여 선별한 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 3상 220V의 동력으로 120 내지 160rpm으로 감속 조절되는 파쇄기(日本 寺田 製作所)로 8 내지 15 메쉬(Mesh)의 크기로 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 파쇄하는 공정;제4공정: 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육 표면 조직 확대구입한 석류를 절구를 이용하여 1차 파쇄하고 파쇄한 석류(石榴)를 다시 동력 3상 5마력 60 내지 120rpm으로 감속되는 롤 파쇄기 롤과 롤 사이에서 발생하는 2 내지 4kg/㎠압력에 의하여 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육 조직을 1 내지 3㎜의 부피로 납작하게 파쇄 확대시키어 전이가 잘 이루어지게 하는 공정;제5공정: 1차 혼합수용액배합비율과 동일한 량(糧)의 콜라겐(Collagen) 하나만을 플라스틱(Plastic) 통속에 넣고 25 내지 30℃로 가온시킨 정수한 물을 콜라겐의 부피를 기준으로 5 내지 10배를 부어 수동교반기 단상 동력 1/4마력 250rpm으로 회전시키어 5 내지 10분간 교반(攪拌)기로 물을 휘저어 콜라겐이 물에 녹아 수용액을 만들고 3 내지 5분간 휘저음을 중지했다가 다시 3 내지 6분간 휘저음 하는 방법으로 콜라겐의 수용액을 만드는 공정;제6공정: 2차 혼합수용액배합비율과 동일한 구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드를 플라스틱(Plastic) 통속에 부피를 개량하여 넣고 25 내지 30℃로 정수한 물을 구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드를 더한 부피를 기준으로 5 내지 10배를 부어 수동교반기 단상 동력 1/4마력 250rpm으로 회전시키어 5 내지 10분간 교반(攪拌)기로 물을 휘저어 구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드가 물에 녹아 구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드의 수용액을 만들고 3 내지 5분간 휘저음을 중지했다가 다시 3 내지 6분간 휘저음 하여 구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드의 혼합수용액을 만드는 공정;제7공정: 3차 수용액의 혼합혼합(구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드)된 수용액에 콜라겐 수용액을 섞어 혼합한 후에 수동교반기 단상 동력 1/4마력 250rpm으로 회전시키어 5 내지 10분간 교반(攪拌)기로 물을 휘저어 구연산, 비타민C, 스테비오사이드, 콜라겐이 혼합된 수용액을 순서에 의하여 조성하여 맛의 조화를 이루도록 하는 공정;제8공정: 침지(浸漬)3차 혼합수용액의 온도를 30 내지 40℃로 가온 유지시킨 다음 혼합수용액 속에 배합비율과 동일한 석류(石榴 pomegranate)건조 과육을 침지(浸漬) 시키어 1시 간마다 상하교류로 균일한 전이가 이루어지게 5 내지 8시간 침지(浸漬) 시키어 혼합수용액이 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육 속으로 균일한 전이가 이루어지게 하여 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육이 혼합수용액을 흡수하여 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육의 조직이 팽창(膨脹)되게 하고 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육 속에 들어 있는 탄닌(Tannin)의 떫은맛의 숙성을 유도하여 싱그러운 달콤함으로 맛을 개선 시키어 새콤달콤한 맛을 전이증가시키는 공정;제9공정: 혼합균일한 침지(浸漬)가 이루어진 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육과 전이되고 남은 첨가물의 혼합된 수용액과 배합비율과 동일한 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 혼합기에 넣고 동력 3상 5마력 250rpm으로 10 내지 15분간 회전시키어 균일한 혼합을 이루는 공정;제10공정: 가압 전이 성형석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육과 홍차[紅茶 Tea] 잎이 균일하게 혼합된 것을 가압 파쇄 성형기의 전기동력 3상 10마력 250rpm으로 5 내지 8kg/㎠의 압력으로 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육과 수용액이 홍차[紅茶 Tea] 조직 속으로 전이시키면서 2 내지 4㎜ 크기로 부피를 압축 성형하므로 구연산, 스테비오사이드, 비타민C, 석류 과육, 홍차[紅茶 Tea]의 순도를 높이는 공정;제11공정: 숙성 및 건조전이와 성형이 이루어진 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 과육과 홍차[紅茶 Tea] 잎의 혼합물을 30 내지 40℃ 이하의 건조기에서 15 내지 20시간 숙성건조하여 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 비타 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 홍차[紅茶 Tea]가 만들어지고 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 비타 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 홍차[紅茶 Tea]는 콜라겐으로 하여 조직을 결속 표피에 윤기나는 피막을 형성하여 비타민C와 홍차[紅茶 Tea]의 산화를 억제하여 맛과 향에 변화를 방지하는 공정;제12공정: 파쇄선별건조한 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 비타 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 파쇄선별기 동력 3상 5마력 100 내지 200rpm으로 회전하는 파쇄기 상단에서 1 내지 2㎜ 크기로 파쇄하고 하단에서는 3중 망에 의하여 자동으로 1 내지 2㎜ 크기로 균일하게 선별하는 공정;제13공정: 주입선별한 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 비타 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 일회용 여과지 주머니에 1 내지 2g 씩 주입하여 일회용 여과지 티백으로 만드는 공정;제14공정: 포장일회용 여과지 티백으로 만들어진 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 비타 석류(石榴 pomegranate) 홍차[紅茶 Tea]를 은박지 및 폴리에틸렌필름(P E)으로 방향 방습포장을 하고 10 내지 100 티백으로 상자에 포장하는 공정에 의하여 냉, 온 겸용의 감동의 차 새콤달콤 콜라겐 비타 석류 홍차(과일 침출 차)를 제조한다.
