Claims (6)
- 인출전극간에 교번신호(交番信號)를 인가함으로써 판 두께방향으로 굴곡 진동하는 사각형의 압전 진동판과,내주부(內周部)에 상기 압전 진동판의 외주부를 지지하는 지지부를 갖는 케이싱(casing)과,상기 케이싱의 내주부에 내부 접속부가 노출되도록 케이싱에 고정된 제1, 제2의 단자와,상기 압전 진동판의 인출전극과 제1, 제2의 단자의 내부 접속부 사이에 각각 도포·경화되어, 상기 인출전극과 제1, 제2의 단자의 내부 접속부를 전기적으로 접속하는 도전성 접착제를 구비한 압전형 전기 음향 변환기로서,상기 한쪽의 도전성 접착제는 상기 압전 진동판의 1개의 코너부 근방에 있어서의 한쪽의 인출전극과 제1의 단자의 내부 접속부 사이에 도포·경화되고,상기 다른쪽의 도전성 접착제는 상기 코너부와 인접하는 1개의 코너부 근방에 있어서의 다른쪽의 인출전극과 제2의 단자의 내부 접속부 사이에 도포·경화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전형 전기 음향 변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쪽의 도전성 접착제의 도포 위치와 다른쪽의 도전성 접착제의 도포 위치는 상기 압전 진동판을 사이에 두고 대향하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전형 전기 음향 변환기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쪽의 도전성 접착제의 도포 위치와 상기 다른쪽의 도전성 접착제의 도포 위치는 상기 압전 진동판의 1변상이며, 그 양단의 코너부 근방인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전형 전기 음향 변환기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 진동판은 사각형의 금속판에 사각형의 압전체를 부착한 것이며, 한쪽의 인출전극은 압전체의 표면에 형성된 전극이고, 다른쪽의 인출전극은 금속판인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전형 전기 음향 변환기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 진동판은 복수의 압전 세라믹스층을 내부전극을 사이에 두고 적층하고, 표리 주면(主面)에 주면전극을 형성한 적층체로 구성되며,한쪽의 인출전극은 내부전극과 접속되고, 다른쪽의 인출전극은 주면전극과 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전형 전기 음향 변환기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압전 진동판과 단자 사이에는 탄성 접착제가 도포되고,상기 도전성 접착제는 상기 탄성 접착제의 상측을 넘도록 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전형 전기 음향 변환기.
