Claims (3)
- 내부에 수용공간을 형성하는 케이싱과, 내부에 압축공간이 형성되도록 서로 상대운동 가능하게 결합되며 상기 케이싱의 내부에 배치되는 고정스크롤 및 선회스크롤과, 상기 케이싱의 내부 공간을 토출압측 공간과 흡입압측 공간으로 분리하는 고저압분리판을 구비한 스크롤 압축기의 상기 케이싱의 내부의 진공을 방지하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지장치에 있어서,상기 고정스크롤의 일측 외면으로부터 내측으로 소정 깊이로 함몰되고 입구영역에 암나사부가 형성되어 있는 배압유로와;상기 배압유로와 상기 토출압측 공간이 상호 연통되게 형성되는 토출압공과;상기 배압유로와 상기 압축공간이 서로 연통되게 형성되는 중간압공과;상기 배압유로의 내부에 슬라이딩 가능하게 수용되어 상기 토출압공을 개폐하는 피스톤과;상기 배압유로와 상기 흡입압측 공간이 서로 연통될 수 있게 형성된 흡입압공을 구비하여 일측은 상기 배압유로의 내부에 삽입되고 타측은 상기 암나사부에 나사결합되는 스토퍼와;상기 피스톤과 상기 스토퍼 사이에 신축가능하게 개재되어 상기 피스톤이 상기 토출압공을 개방하는 위치로 이동되게 탄성력을 가하는 스프링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼의 노출 단부에는 상기 스토퍼를 회전시키는 공구가 삽입될 수 있도록 공구삽입홈이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼는, 상기 스프링의 일측 단부와 접촉되는 스프링지지부와, 상기 스프링지지부로부터 길이방향을 따라 점진적으로 직경이 축소되게 형성되어 상기 스프링이 상기 스프링지지부와 접촉되게 가이드하는 가이드부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 진공방지장치.
