Abstract
음식물 쓰레기 자동 건조 장치는 음식물 쓰레기의 자원화, 부엌의 청결 및 깨끗한 환경을 유지하고자, 자동으로 음식물 쓰레기를 건조하는 장치이다. 본 장치는 싱크대 아래에 설치되어 음식물 쓰레기를 건조시켜 수거 통에 수거하는 장치이다. 악취가 거의 나지 않고 장치내부에 음식물 찌꺼기가 끼지 않고, 장치가 단순하여 반영구적으로 사용이 가능하다. 장차 음식물 분리수거에 소요되는 노력과 비용을 절감하고, 나아가 수질 오염 방지에 이바지할 것으로 확신한다.Automatic food waste drying apparatus is a device for automatically drying food waste in order to maintain food waste, maintain a clean and clean environment of the kitchen. 본 발명의 목적은 우리 나라의 음식물쓰레기 처리문제(음식물 쓰레기의 분리수거, 부엌의 청결 및 깨끗한 환경, 처리 중에 발생되는 각종오염)를 해결하고자, 음식물 쓰레기 건조장치를 제공하는 것이다An object of the present invention is to provide a food waste drying apparatus in order to solve the food waste treatment problem (separate collection of food waste, clean and clean environment of the kitchen, various pollution generated during processing) of our country.
본 발명은 가정이나 음식점에서 음식물 쓰레기를 자동으로 건조하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 우리 나라에서 음식물 쓰레기의 분리의 문제점은 자주 거론되었지만 특별한 대책이나 방법을 강구할 여건이 되지 못했다. 더군다나 가정에서 나오는 많은 음식물 쓰레기는 다른 일반 쓰레기뿐만 아니라 심지어는 유독성 화학약품까지 포함하고 있어서 음식물 처리의 어려움이 가중되고 있다. 이러한 쓰레기를 태우면 여러 가지 유독 가스가 발생되고, 또한 소각된 재를 매립하는 공간도 점차 줄어들고 있다. 만일 음식물 쓰레기의 분리 수거가 보다 정확하게 지켜진다면 음식물 쓰레기를 소각하지 않고 재활용하는 방법들이 대두되고 그만큼 수질/대기오염을 줄이고 깨끗한 환경을 조성할 수 있다. 게다가 지금까지 음식물 쓰레기를 분리하는 과정은 싱크대에 걸러진 음식물 쓰레기를 직접 손으로 끄집어내서 쓰레기 봉투(또는 음식물 쓰레기 수거통)에 털어서 담는다. 이러한 쓰레기봉투나 수거 통을 열고 닫을 때마다 악취를 피할 수 없으며, 쓰레기봉투나 수거 통이 모두 채워질 때까지 부엌 한 모퉁이에 놓여있다. 이렇게 모아지는 쓰레기에서 나오는 악취와 이로 인한 여러 해충의 서식으로 인하여 부엌의 청결은 이루어지기 어렵다. 게다가 이렇게 모은 쓰레기는 함수 율이 높고 분쇄되지 않아서 발효속도가 느리며, 쓰레기의 부패와 악취를 유발한다. 따라서 현재의 음식물 처리시스템은 개선되어야만하며 여러 가지 방법들이 모색되고 있다. 발효제를 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 처리하는 장치도 발효 중에 악취가 발생하며, 발효 후에는 부산물 처리문제및 발효제 구입 등으로 최근에는 활성화되지 못하고 있다(예, 특허95-67056 미생물을 이용한 음식물 쓰레기 소멸장치). 음식물 쓰레기를 갈아서 배수구로 흘러 보내는 디스포저는 추가적인 수질오염을 유발시키고, 뼈나 과일 씨앗 등의 딱딱한 물질에 의한 잦은 고장이 문제가 되어 우리 나라에서는 사용되지 않고 있다. 음식물 쓰레기를 건조하여 처리하는 방법은 많이 제안되었지만 건조 중에 발생되는 악취문제와 경제성문제(건조장치가 비싸고, 장치유지비용-전기요금및 수리비용이 비싸다)로 활성화되지 못하고 있다(예, (주)린나이 '비움'). 따라서 분리수거를 통한 음식물 쓰레기의 자원화, 부엌의 청결 및 깨끗한 환경을 위해서는 이러한 악취문제 해결과 경제성이 반드시 고려되어야할 것이다. 이러한 문제점을 보완한 본 발명은 매우 획기적인 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically drying food waste at home or in a restaurant.
