Claims (20)
- 하나 이상의 측방 및 후방 주위 환경 탐지 유닛, 주위 환경 해석 유닛, 및 운전자 반응 지원 유닛을 구비하되, 주위 환경 탐지 유닛이 위험 인지 시스템을 탑재한 차량(1)에 대해 상대적으로 이동하는 이동 물체(2, 3)를 식별하고,- 주행 방향(7-9)의 반대 방향 또는 주행 방향(7-9)에 대해 예각으로 경사져 정향되되, 차량의 종 방향으로 서로 엇갈려 배치되는 2개 이상의 센서 또는 센서 군(11, 15),- 탐지된 물체(2, 3)의 기하학적 데이터 및 이동 데이터를 산출하는, 센서 또는 센서 군(11, 15)당 하나 이상의 평가 및 해석 유닛,- 센서 또는 센서 군(11, 15)당 하나 이상의 지시 유닛, 및- 차량 브레이크 시스템, 차량 스티어링 시스템, 및/또는 기타의 차량 장치 군에 작용하되, 평가 및 해석 장치에 의존하여 작용하는 정보, 감시, 및/또는 제어 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 위험 인지 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 해석 유닛은 하나 이상의 센서(11, 15)에 의해 탐지된, 차량(1)에 대해 상대 이동하는 물체(2, 3)로부터 이동 방향(8, 9), 이동 속도, 및 그 변동을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 위험 인지 시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 차량(1)의 해석 유닛은 탐지된 물체(2, 3)의 이동 방향(7), 이동 속도, 및 그 변동과 그들의 데이터로부터 차량(1)과 하나 이상의 물체(2, 3) 사이에 혹시 있을 수 있는 충돌을 인지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 위험 인지 시스템.

- 제1항에 있어서, 정보 장치는 사이드미러(30)의 사각 구역에 또는 그 부근에 물체(2, 3)가 도달하기 전에 시각적으로 경고하는 하나 이상의 경광등(41-61)을 포함하되, 경광등(41-61)은 해당 사이드미러(30)에 또는 그 구역에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 위험 인지 시스템.
