In particular, low temperature washing and natural drying method is mainly made of a liquid softener in the rinsing step.
However, liquid fiber softener has the advantage of excellent flexibility and good smell, but it is inconvenient to put it in the last rinsing, and when used simultaneously with detergents, the softness due to the interaction with the surfactant cleaning power and softening effect There is a problem that all are significantly reduced.
Such prior arts include U.S. Patent Nos. 4,062,647 and 4,472,287, which are packaged in a non-woven fabric with detergent and a flexible component that does not dissolve at low temperatures. A technique is described in which a water-insoluble cationic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant, which is a flexible component, is dissolved and adsorbed onto a garment to extract a softening effect.
In addition, US Pat. No. 5,6665,300 describes a method for producing a long fiber nonwoven fabric used in a clothes dryer as a method of manufacturing a filament through a roller and then forming the filament on a net.
When the long fiber nonwoven fabric is manufactured in the above manner, the manufacturing process is complicated and a lot of manufacturing costs are generated, and there is a concern that the flexibility of the fabric softener such as workability and drug dropping property may be reduced.
In order to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, the object of the present invention is to take advantage of the properties of the composite spinning method is excellent in physical properties and performance, such as elongation, tear strength, folding properties, thickness, etc., manufacturing process is simplified and cost It is to provide a long-fiber non-woven fabric and a method for manufacturing the same, which is economical by reducing the cost, and can prevent the degradation of the flexibility of the fabric softener, such as workability and drug release properties in the manufacture of the dryer sheet.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide a sheet for a clothes dryer manufactured using the long fiber nonwoven fabric.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention melts and spun one or more composite radioactive materials selected from the group consisting of polyester, low melting point polyester, polypropylene and polyethylene to form a filament bundle, the net to move the filament bundle It provides a method for producing a spunbond long-fiber non-woven fabric for clothes dryer, characterized in that the step of opening and heat-sealing the above.
In addition, the present invention is a spunbond filament for clothes dryer which satisfies the properties of elongation of 30% or more, tear strength of 1.2 kgf or more, chemical impregnation of 40g or more, and chemical release of 40% or more. Provide nonwovens.
In addition, the present invention provides a sheet for a clothes dryer manufactured using the long fiber nonwoven fabric.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The present invention is excellent in heat resistance and high temperature form stability without lowering the flexibility of the fabric softener, mechanical strength and elongation is high, the manufacturing method of the long-fiber nonwoven fabric for clothes dryers that can increase the chemical processing speed of the clothes dryer It is about.
The present invention is characterized in using a composite spinning method for spinning by using a composite material rather than a normal normal spinning method in manufacturing a nonwoven fabric. In addition, the present invention uses a combination of an optimal method for making the filament density low density and controlling the single yarn denier in a certain range, and the composite materials are best welded at the time of heat welding.
Therefore, the method of the present invention is excellent in elongation and tear strength, and is excellent in folding property (box folding property or box storage property), and compared with nonwoven products manufactured using the conventional regular spinning method and manufactured using Homo PET material. It is possible to obtain the effect of securing the superiority of the side surface, and to reduce the cost by simplifying the complicated manufacturing process used in the past, and the flexibility of the fabric softener such as workability and drug dropping ability to process dry sheet dough The fall can be prevented.
The manufacturing method of such a long fiber nonwoven fabric of this invention is demonstrated concretely.
According to the method for producing a long fiber nonwoven fabric of the present invention, the filament bundle passing through the extruder is spinning / cooling and stretching the filament bundle in a state in which the opening device of the filament bundle is placed in the direction of the net conveyor through the detention, It passes through a cooling zone for cooling the filament bundle of high heat radiated and discharged out of the cage, and below the cooling zone, the focusing device ejector and the carding machine are located at the same time in the vertical direction. It is integrated on a moving net conveyor to form a nonwoven web (WEB), and a long fiber nonwoven fabric having excellent physical properties may be manufactured by heat fusion and bonding.
As the composite spinning material used in the present invention, general polyester, low melting polyester, polypropylene, polyethylene, or the like may be used.
In addition, the spinning method using the composite spinning material is a) sheath / core (sheath / core) method of the circular fiber cross-section; b) It can be selected from the side by side method of circular fiber cross section. This will be described in more detail.
a) 쉬스코어(Sheath/Core) 방사법a) Sheath / Core radiation method
The composite spinning material is a method of spinning with a general polyester as a core and a low melting point polyester or polypropylene or polyethylene as a sheath. The composite ratio of the sheath and the core is preferably 5: 5 to 1: 9, and more preferably 3: 7 or 2: 8. When the ratio of the sheath in the complex ratio exceeds 5, radioactive instability and filament breakage may occur frequently, which may act as an operation anxiety factor.
b) 사이드 바이 사이드(Side by Side) 방사법b) Side by Side radiation
The composite spinning material is a method in which a general polyester is used as one side and a low melting polyester or polypropylene or polyethylene is used as the other side. The compound ratio of the side by side is preferably 5: 5 to 1: 9, and more preferably 3: 7 or 2: 8. When the ratio of one side exceeds 5 in the compound ratio, it may act as a radiological instability factor such as radioactive instability and truncation, and may cause disadvantages in that heat fusion is poor due to distortion of the form of side cross-sections.
In addition, in the present invention, the coarse distribution map uses 4-10 denier single yarn denier, and the number of spinnerets is selected in consideration of the discharge amount and the spinning speed. Apply to be 4 denier. Therefore, the chemically impregnated property of the dry sheet fabric softening agent is excellent, so that the dry sheet contains enough fiber softening agent for the consumer to use in the dryer, so that the fiber softness performance is not degraded. If the single yarn denier is less than 4 denier, the distribution is too dense so that the fabric softener does not penetrate properly between the filaments of the nonwoven fabric and thus cannot contain the fabric softener. If the denier is more than 10 denier, the denier is too thick, causing manufacturing difficulties. .
In addition, it is preferable that the method of heat fusion used in the present invention is selected from one or more kinds from the group consisting of the following methods:
i) 열풍접착법: 열풍을 순환시켜 접착시키는 열풍방법(Hot air though: suction drum 사용)i) Hot air bonding method: Hot air though (circulating hot air)
The method has a circular hole of a certain size on the surface of the cylindrical calender roll without a piece pattern, the suction is sucked into the air from the outer surface of the cylindrical calender roll to the inside through the circular perforation when manufacturing the nonwoven fabric (Suction) It is a method of heat-sealing nonwoven web by using Hot Air Though Suction Drum, which is a high temperature heat treatment device having) structure alone.
ⅱ) 조각롤 열접착법 : 1차 주결합(main bonding) 공정은 상단 엠보롤 및 하단 캘린더롤을 사용하고, 2차 보조 결합공정은 상하단 엠보싱된 조각롤을 사용하여 열융착하는 방법;Ii) Fragment roll thermal bonding method: the primary main bonding process using the upper embossing roll and the lower calender roll, the secondary auxiliary bonding process is a method of heat fusion using the upper and lower embossed engraving rolls;
ⅲ) 캘린더롤 열접착법 : 1차 주결합 공정을 상하단 모두 조각롤이 아닌 캘린더롤을 사용하여, 결합 압력을 약하게 하여 후도가 그대로 살아있게 하는 방법;Iii) calender roll thermal bonding method: a method in which the primary main bonding process uses calender rolls rather than fragment rolls at both the upper and lower ends so that the bonding pressure is weakened so that the thickness remains alive;
I) Composite thermal bonding method: A thermal bonding method combining a hot air bonding method and a calender roll thermal bonding method, wherein the primary main bonding process uses the method of i), and the secondary auxiliary bonding process uses the method of i). Using heat fusion method.
As described above, the spunbonded nonwoven fabric produced by the method of the present invention exhibits excellent physical properties of at least 30% elongation, at least 1.2 kgf of tear strength, at least 40 g of chemical impregnation, and at least 40% of chemical release. It is effective to apply to clothes dryer by preventing deterioration of flexibility.
