Claims (9)
- 중심기재인 폴리에스터 보드(2)와, 이 폴리에스터 보드(2)의 양 외측에 부착되는 보강용 강판(3,3')과, 이 보강용 강판(3,3')의 외측에 부착되는 테두리재 (4,4',5,5')로 이루어지며, 상기 폴리에스터 보드(2)는 수용성의 무기질 난연제로 난연처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이용 패널.
- 중심기재인 폴리에스터 보드(2)와, 이 폴리에스터 보드(2)의 양 외측에 부착되는 보강용 강판(3,3')과, 이 보강용 강판(3,3')의 외측 테두리에 부착되는 테두리재(4,4',5,5')와, 상기 일측 강판(3)의 표면에 부착되는 흡음재(8)를 포함하여 이루어지며, 상기 폴리에스터 보드(2)는 수용성의 무기질 난연제로 난연처리되고, 상기 강판(3)에는 통공(3a)이 다수 천공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이용 패널.
- 중심기재인 폴리에스터 보드(2)와, 이 폴리에스터 보드(2)의 양 외측에 부착되는 보강용 강판(3,3')과, 이 보강용 강판(3,3')의 외측 테두리에 부착되는 테두리재(4,4',5,5')와, 폴리에스터 섬유를 압착가공하고 수용성 무기질 난연제로 난연처리되어 상기 보강용 강판(3,3')외측에 부착되는 폴리에스터 라미네이트(6,6')와, 이 폴리에스터 라미네이트(6,6')의 표면에 형성되는 표면 마감층(7,7')을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이용 패널.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 테두리재(4,4',5,5')는 상,하부 테두리재(4,4')와 측부 테두리재(5,5')로 이루어지고, 측부 테두리재(5,5')는 패널(1)을 폭방향을 따라 연속적으로 요철결합이 가능하도록 요철결합부(5a,5a')가 형성되며, 요 결합부(5a)의 함몰된 깊이보다 철 결합부(5a')의 돌출길이가 더 길게 형성되어 있어 요철결합시 이 결합부위에 움푹한 줄눈이 형성되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이용 패널.
- 중심기재인 폴리에스터 보드(2)와, 내측면에 폴리에스터 라미네이트(6,6')가 부착되어 중심기재인 폴리에스터 보드(2)와 접착되는 보강용 강판(3,3')과, 이 보강용 강판(3,3')의 좌,우측에 부착되는 테두리재(5,5')를 포함하며, 상기 폴리에스터 보드(2)와 폴리에스터 라미네이트(6,6')는 수용성 무기질 난연제로 난연처리되고, 상기 보강용 강판(3,3')의 좌,우측은 상기 테두리재(5,5')와 결합되어 패널(1)의 좌,우측에 요철결합부(5a,5a')가 형성되도록 절곡된 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이용 패널.
- 청구항 4항 또는 청구항 5항의 패널을 사용하여 칸막이를 설치함에 있어서,건물의 바닥에는 칸막이의 설치위치를 따라 하부 채널(10)이 고정설치되고, 천정에는 상기 하부 채널(10)과 평행하게 상부 채널(20)이 고정설치되며, 상,하부 채널(10,20)사이에 패널(1)이 삽입설치되어지되, 패널의 측부에 형성된 요철결합부(5a,5a')가 방향이 바뀌지 않게 삽입되어 폭방향을 따라 연속적으로 요철결합이 이루어지며, 상기 하부 채널(10)에는 턴-버클 방식의 조절구(12)가 설치되어 패널의 수평 및 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이 조립구조.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 하부 채널(10)내부의 빈 공간에는 방음 및 방화용 충진재(14)가 채워진 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이 조립구조.
- 청구항 6 또는 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 조절구(12)는 베이스 부재(13a)하부에 결합되는 철판(12d)에 부착된 오른나사(12a), 상부 부재(13b)에 부착된 왼나사(12b), 상기 나사(12a,12b)사이에 결합되는 조절너트(12c)를 포함하며, 이 조절구(12)의 외측에 측면부재(13c)가 씌워져 마감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이 조립구조.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,상기 측면 부재(13c)의 내측에 방음 및 방화용 충진재(14)가 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칸막이 조립구조.
