Claims (1)
- 석회석을 함유하는 흡수액과 기-액 접촉을 통해서 황산화물이 액화되도록 배가스를 흡수탑 안으로 유입시키는 단계; 상기 액화된 황산화물이 산소와 반응하여 황산을 생성하고 석회석과 반응하여 석고를 생성하도록 산화용 공기를 공급하는 단계; 상기에서 생성된 부산 석고, 처리된 배가스 및 탈황 폐수를 흡수탑 외부로 배출하는 단계; 상기 탈황 폐수로부터 난분해성 COD와 중금속을 제거한 후 방류하는 단계로 이루어진 배가스 중의 황산화물의 처리 방법에 있어서,상기 배가스 중 황산화물의 액화는 흡수탑 내의 흡수액에 디카복실산[Dicarboxylic Acid : HOOC-(CH2)n-COOH]으로서 숙신산[Succinic Acid(n=2)], 글루타르산[Glutaric Acid(n=3)], 아디프산[Adipic Acid(n=4)]의 혼합물로 이루어진 이염기산(DBA)을 300 내지 500 ppm 정도의 농도로 첨가시켜서 실시하며, 탈황 폐수는 증발 처리법에 의해 처리한 후 처리수는 재활용하고 폐수중의 불순물은 고형폐기물로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배가스 중의 황산화물을 처리하는 방법.
