Description

창짝 및 이를 포함하는 창호{DOOR AND WINDOW INCLUDING THE SAME}Windows and windows including them {DOOR AND WINDOW INCLUDING THE SAME}

The present invention relates to window frames and windows including them.

In general, windows refer to both windows and doors. Windows of a building or windows installed indoors come in various forms, such as sliding windows (non-sliding windows), casement windows, rotating windows, and fixed windows, depending on the opening and closing method.

Meanwhile, windows and doors made of composite materials are being used to compensate for the beautiful exterior design unique to metal windows and the low insulation properties due to the high thermal conductivity of these metal materials. For windows made of composite materials, the profile, which is the basic framework of the window, is made of synthetic resin material that has advantages over heat radiation and condensation, and the part visible from the exterior can be made of metal material, a material that can stimulate the user's aesthetic sense.

Meanwhile, conventionally produced windows and doors made of composite materials were implemented by simply fitting a plate-shaped metal material, for example, an aluminum cap, into a profile made of synthetic resin.

This simple fitting method has limitations in strengthening the bonding force between the aluminum cap and the profile, and there is a problem of water leakage and water leakage due to a step occurring at the corner of the window frame and window panel. Conventionally, in order to solve this problem, separate auxiliary materials were combined or a sealant finishing process was performed on the outdoor side, but there were limitations in preventing water leakage and reducing aesthetics due to auxiliary materials and sealant exposed to the outside.

The task of the present invention is to provide a window panel that can minimize the lifting phenomenon or separation of the cap by improving the fastening force between the cap and the profile.

In addition, the task of the present invention is to provide a window panel with improved design by implementing a coupling structure between the cap and profile so that it is not visible from the indoor side.

Below, the specific components of the window to achieve this effect will be described in detail.

(1)><Windows (1)>

The window 1 may include a body portion 10, a cover portion 20, and a fastening portion 30. For convenience of explanation, the direction from the window frame F to the inside of the window frame F is referred to as the first direction D1, and the opposite direction is referred to as the second direction D2. Since the window frame (1) may be disposed inside the window frame (F), the first direction (D1) may be a direction from the window frame (F) toward the window frame (1). Here, the body portion 10 may correspond to the above-described PVC profile, and the cover portion 20 may correspond to the AL profile.

일 예로, 프로파일(10')은 PVC(Poly Vinyl Chloride) 재질일 수 있다.The body portion 10 may include a profile 10'. Profile 10' can be placed between outdoors and indoors. Additionally, the profile 10' may include an inner extension member 11 and an indoor extension member 12. The inner extension member 11 may extend in the first direction D1. Additionally, the indoor extension member 12 may extend toward the indoor side from a point of the inner extension member 11. The profile 10' may be made of synthetic resin. As an example, the profile 10' may be made of PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride).

The cover part 20 may be in contact with the first wall 12', which is a side wall of the indoor extension member 12 in the first direction D1. The cover portion 20 may cover at least a portion of the indoor side of the body portion 10. The cover portion 20 may be made of a metal material. As an example, the cover part 20 may be made of aluminum. As the cover portion 20 is formed of a metal material, the appearance of the window 1 can be improved.

The fastening part 30 is capable of joining two or more members together, that is, a taka pin ('ㄷ' shape, straight shape, 'T' shape, ring type, hammer, etc.), stapler, anchor, nut-bolt, fastener ( Screw bolts), adhesives, etc. can be used as appropriately selected by a person skilled in the art according to the construction site. Specifically, the fastening part 30 can penetrate the cover part 20 and the first wall 12' and fasten the cover part 20 and the indoor extension member 12 to each other. For example, as shown in the drawing, the fastening part 30 may be a screw that penetrates the cover part 20 and the body part 10 to physically couple them, but is not limited to this. As shown in FIG. 1, the fastening part 30 penetrates the cover part 20 and the indoor extension member 12, so when viewed from the indoor side, the fastening part 30 is located at a position obscured by the cover part 20. (30) can be placed.

In addition, according to the present invention, the body portion 10, the reinforcing member 15 within the body portion 10, and the cover portion 20 are connected to each other through the fastening portion 30 that fastens the body portion 10 and the cover portion 20. ) can be fastened at once, the fastening force between the body portion 10 and the cover portion 20 is improved compared to the case of fitting the body portion 10 and the cover portion 20, thereby improving wind pressure resistance and strength. It can be.

In addition, according to the present invention, when viewed from the indoor side, the fastening portion 30 is not visible, so the window 1 has a beautiful finish, thereby providing a sense of aesthetics.

(10)><Body part (10)>

The body portion 10 may further include an internal hollow 14 and a reinforcing member 15. The internal hollow 14 may be formed inside the profile 10'. The reinforcing member 15 may be disposed in the internal cavity 14 to support the internal wall defining the internal cavity 14. Below, the detailed shapes of the internal hollow 14 and the reinforcing member 15 will be described in detail. The internal hollow 14 may include a first hollow 14a, a second hollow 14b, and a third hollow 14c. The first hollow 14a may extend in the first direction D1. The second hollow 14b communicates with the first hollow 14a and may extend from an end of the first hollow 14a in the first direction D1 toward the indoor side. The third hollow 14c communicates with the indoor end of the second hollow 14b and may extend in the second direction D2. Here, the first hollow 14a, the second hollow 14b, and the third hollow 14c are not separate hollows, but should be understood as divisions for explaining the shape. The shape in which the first hollow 14a, the second hollow 14b, and the third hollow 14c are connected may be similar to the shape of the number 7.

The reinforcing member 15 may include a first reinforcing material 15a, a second reinforcing material 15b, and a third reinforcing material 15c. The first reinforcing material 15a may be disposed in the first hollow 14a and extend in the first direction D1. The second reinforcing material 15b is connected to the first reinforcing material 15a and may extend from an end of the first reinforcing material 15a in the first direction D1 toward the indoor side. The third reinforcing material 15c is connected to the indoor end of the second reinforcing material 15b and may extend in the second direction D2. Here, the first reinforcing material 15a, the second reinforcing material 15b, and the third reinforcing material 15c are not separate hollow elements, but should be understood as divisions for explaining the shape. The shape in which the first reinforcing material 15a, the second reinforcing material 15b, and the third reinforcing material 15c are connected may be similar to the shape of the number 7.

Figure 3 shows an example of the reinforcing member 15. Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view showing another example of a reinforcing member, the body portion 10, the cover portion 20, and the fastening portion 30. In Figure 4, a first reinforcement (15a'), a second reinforcement (15b'), and a third reinforcement ( Another example of a reinforcing member 15' having 15c') is shown. However, the reinforcing members shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 are merely examples, and various modifications may exist.

As shown in FIG. 3, the third hollow 14c may be formed shorter than the first hollow 14a. Accordingly, the third reinforcing material 15c may be formed shorter than the first reinforcing material 15a. This may mean that the shape of the profile 10' is asymmetric.

As the shape of the profile 10' is formed asymmetrically, the size of the reinforcing member may be smaller than when the shape of the profile is symmetrical and the third reinforcing member has a length corresponding to the first reinforcing member. Since the reinforcing member 15 is mainly made of metal, relatively high insulation can be secured due to the small size of the reinforcing member 15 and can also contribute to cost reduction.

Meanwhile, the fastening part 30 penetrates the cover part 20, the first wall 12', and the reinforcing member 15, and connects the cover part 20, the indoor extension member 12, and the reinforcing member 15. ) can be concluded at once. More specifically, the fastening part 30 penetrates the cover part 20, the first wall 12', and the second reinforcement member 15b, and connects the cover part 20, the indoor extension member 12, and the reinforcement member 15b. The members 15 can be fastened to each other. As the fastening part 30 penetrates the cover part 20, the first wall 12', and the second reinforcement 15b, the fastening force of the fastening part 30 is further strengthened, thereby significantly improving the durability of the window. You can.

Figure 5 is an enlarged view of the lower part of Figure 4.
