- 식자재가 투입되는 투입부(11)가 형성된 본체(10);
상기 본체의 투입부에 구비되어 식자재의 일면을 고정지지하는 제1 홀딩부재(21)와, 식자재의 타면을 고정지지하는 제2 홀딩부재(23)를 포함하는 홀딩유닛(20);
상기 본체에 대해 상하로 회동 가능하게 힌지결합되어, 투입되는 식자재의 일단면을 커팅하는 칼날(311)에 의해 식자재의 일단면을 커팅하는 커팅유닛(30);
상기 커팅유닛(30)의 칼날 하부에 위치하여 상기 투입되는 식자재의 일단면을 지지하는 스토퍼(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 식자재 커팅기에 있어서,
상기 커팅유닛(30)은,
칼날(311)이 구비된 커팅부재(31)와,
상기 커팅부재(31)의 일측 끝단에 결합되고, 상기 본체(10)에 구비된 힌지부(15)에 연결되어, 상기 힌지부(15)를 중심으로 회동하는 힌지부재(313)와,
상기 커팅부재(31)의 반대측 끝단에 결합되는 손잡이부재(33)로 구성됨으로써, 힌지 부위의 마모 발생 시에 상기 힌지부재(313)의 분리 교체가 가능하도록 이루어지며;
상기 스토퍼(40)는 상기 커팅유닛(30)에 결합되고,
상기 커팅유닛(30)에 결합되는 한 쌍의 지지다리(41)와, 상기 한 쌍의 지지다리(41)를 서로 연결하여 상기 커팅유닛과 나란하게 위치하는 스토핑바(43)를 포함하여 이루어지며;
상기 커팅유닛(30)과 스토퍼(40)의 지지다리(41)는, 고정볼트에 의해 상호 결합되되,
상기 지지다리(41)에는 상기 고정볼트가 결합되는 복수개의 높이조절공(411)이 구비되어, 식자재의 크기에 따라 상기 복수개의 높이조절공 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 고정볼트를 결합함으로서 스토핑바의 높이를 조절함으로써,
상기 커팅유닛과 함께 하강하면서 상기 커팅유닛이 상기 식자재의 일단면을 자르는 동안에 식자재의 일단면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 식자재 커팅기. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 홀딩유닛의 제1 홀딩부재(21)는 상기 본체의 길이방향으로 수평이동하도록 이루어지는 것으로서,
상기 식자재가 놓여지는 바닥부(213)와, 상기 바닥부 일측에 절곡 형성되어 식자재의 일면을 지지하는 경사받침부(211)를 포함하고;
상기 홀딩유닛의 제2 홀딩부재(23)는 상기 제2 홀딩부재의 전단을 기준으로 후단이 회동운동하도록 이루어져 상기 투입부(11)의 폭 조절이 가능한 것으로서,
상기 본체에 구비되어 상기 경사받침부 상면 일부에 위치하는 지지부(233)와, 이 지지부에서 절곡 형성되어 상기 식자재의 타면을 지지하는 수직받침부(231)로 이루어지되,
상기 경사받침부(211)는 상기 바닥부로부터 사선방향으로 경사지게 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 식자재 커팅기.
