골격 형태를 이루는 골조 프레임(1)과 사용자가 앉거나 앉아서 기대게 되는 형태의 시트(3)를 서로 결합하여 구성이 이루어져 사용시엔 펼쳐서 사용하고 비사용시엔 이를 접어서 차지하는 용적을 크게 축소시켜 운반이나 보관에 편리하도록 이루어지는 통상의 접이식 의자에 있어서,
상기 접이식 의자의 골조 프레임(1) 중 후부에 위치한 지지허브부재(5)에 지지대 결합요부(50)를 구성하고, 상기 지지대 결합요부(50)에 목받침 지지대(7)의 하부를 서로 분리 결합이 가능하게 결합 설치하고, 상기 목받침 지지대(7)의 상부엔 목받침 본체(9)를 분리 결합이 가능하게 결합 설치하여 구성이 이루어지고,
상기 목받침 지지대(7)는 길이 조절이 가능하도록 이루어지되, 상부부재(70)와 하부부재(72)가 서로 끼우고 뺄 수 있게 끼워 결합되고 상부부재(70)엔 다수의 로크공(70a)이 일정 간격으로 다수 형성되고 하부부재(72)엔 상기 로크공(70a)에 끼워 로크결합되고 탄성적으로 지지되는 로크돌기(72a)가 설치되어 다수의 로크공(70a) 중 어느 하나에 로크돌기(72a)가 결합되는지에 따라 길이조절이 가능하게 구성이 이루어지고,
