도 2는 본 고안의 한 실시예에 따른 단열재의 분해사시도이다.
도 3은 본 고안의 한 실시예에 따른 단열재를 건물 내벽에 시공한 상태도이다.

Claims (4)
- 발포성 합성수지층, 목재층 및 합성수지 표면재층이 접착제에 의하여 차례로 결합하여 형성되는 단열재이고,
상기 목재층과 결합하는 상기 합성수지 표면재층의 내표면에는 섬유시이트가 일체로 결합되어 있어, 상기 섬유시이트에 의하여 상기 합성수지 표면재층은 상기 목재층과 결합하는 것이고,
상기 목재층은 상기 발포성 합성수지층 및 상기 합성수지 표면재층 중 외곽부에 대응하는 외곽프레임부 및 상기 외곽프레임부에 결합하여 지지하는 지지부로 이루어지며, 상기 외곽프레임부와 상기 지지부 사이에 중공이 형성되어 있는 것이며,
상기 단열재는 건물의 내벽에 설치할 때, 상기 발포성 합성수지층을 상기 건물의 내벽에 접촉시킨 상태에서 상기 목재층이 있는 외곽부에 타카에 의하여 타카핀을 발사함으로써 상기 건물의 내벽에 고정되는 것이고,
상기 발포성 합성수지층은 건물의 내벽으로부터 돌출되어 건물 내벽의 수평상태를 저해하는 이물질이 있더라도, 그러한 이물질에 대응하여 그러한 이물질 부분에서 함입됨으로써 건물 내벽과 밀착되도록 체적 탄성계수(bulk modulus)가 0.5~2kgf/cm2의 범위인 탄성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 단열재. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 목재층은 합판으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열재. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지 표면재층은 한 쌍의 평활시이트 및 그것들 사이에 복수개의 간벽들이 형성되어 평활시이트 및 간벽들 사이에 중공이 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 단열재. - 제3항에 있어서,
상기 합성수지 표면재층 중 상기 목재층과 결합하는 제1 평활시이트의 내표면에 섬유시이트가 일체로 결합되어 있고, 또한 외부로 노출되는 제2 평활시이트의 외표면에도 섬유시이트가 일체로 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열재.
