Description

Holding apparatus for medical tube}[0001] The present invention relates to a holding apparatus for medical tube,

More particularly, the present invention relates to a medical tubing fastening apparatus of a new configuration which can easily connect and fix a medical tubing to a patient's body and does not inconvenience a patient.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION [0002] When treating a patient, it is common to use a catheter to inject fluids or remedies directly into a patient or to remove body fluids discharged from the patient. When such a catheter is used, the catheter is inserted into the patient's body, and a tube for supplying a therapeutic drug or the like or discharging the body fluid is connected. And the tube is attached to the patient's skin with a medical band, such as a bandage, so that the tube does not flow.

However, when the tube is fixed in this manner, the skin of the patient is pushed by the connection part between the catheter and the tube, causing pain.

(2010. 09. 01.)Korea Public Utility Model 20-2010-0008638 (2010. 09. 01.)

The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a medical tubing which can be easily connected and fixed to a patient's body, and there is no inconvenience because no pressure or pain is generated at the attachment site, The present invention provides a medical tube fixing device of a new configuration applicable to a portion of a living body.

According to one feature of the present invention, an adhesive sheet (100) attached to a skin of a patient; A fixing blade 200 formed to have a smaller size than the adhesive sheet 100 and attached to the upper surface of the adhesive sheet 100; A connector 300 provided on the upper surface of the fixed blade 200 and coupled to a rear end of the catheter 10 inserted into a patient's body; And a tube (400) connected to the connector (300) and having a tip portion for supplying a chemical solution to the catheter (10) or discharging body fluids to the outside.

According to another feature of the present invention, the connector 300 includes a connector body 310 having a thread formed on an inner peripheral surface thereof and screwed to the rear end of the catheter 10, And a connection fixing part 320 protruding from the upper surface of the fixed blade 200 and formed with a fitting hole 322 into which the tube 400 is inserted so that the connection fixing part 320 is integrally connected .

According to another aspect of the present invention, a detachable unit 240 is provided at the center of the upper surface of the upper surface of the fixed blade 200, and the connector 300 is formed separately from the fixed blade 200, Is detachably coupled to the stationary vane (200) by means (240).

According to another aspect of the present invention, the connector body 310 is provided therein with a flow path 312 communicating with the tube 400, and the connector body 310 is provided with a valve Body 350 is provided.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a plurality of concave grooves 202 are formed on the upper surface of the fixed blade 200, the concave grooves 202 being parallel to the longitudinal direction of the connector 300.

In the present invention having the above configuration, since the connector 300 connected to the tube 400 is formed as a set with the fixed blade 200 and the adhesive sheet 100, the tube 400 can be easily attached to the catheter 10 And can be connected to the patient's body.

Particularly, since the pressure applied to the patient's body is dispersed by the fixed vane 200, the patient does not feel pressure or pain, so there is no inconvenience. In addition, since the fixed blade 200 is not directly attached to the skin but is attached to the skin through the adhesive sheet 100, the rigid feeling of the fixed blade 200 is not transmitted to the patient, The end of the fixed blade 200 does not pressurize the skin of the patient according to the movement of the patient.

Further, since the fixed blade 200 is curved by the concave groove 202, it is advantageous that the fixed blade 200 can be attached to a part of a human body with severe bending. Further, if the belt body 350 is provided in the connector 300, it is convenient to connect a separate valve to the tube 400, which is convenient.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

1 and 2 are a perspective view showing an embodiment of the present invention and a plan view showing a state of use. As shown in the drawing, the present invention provides an adhesive sheet 100 attached to the skin of a patient, a fixed blade 200 attached to the upper surface of the adhesive sheet 100, A connector 300, and a tube 400 coupled to the connector 300.

The adhesive sheet 100 is attached to the skin of the patient, and the adhesive sheet used for medical use is often used.

The fixed blade 200 is attached to the upper surface of the adhesive sheet 100 by an adhesive. The fixed blade (200) is formed into a sheet shape so as to have a smaller size than the adhesive sheet (100). Preferably, as shown in the figure, a plurality of concave grooves 202 concave downwardly are formed in parallel on the upper surface of the stationary vane 200. The concave groove 202 is for smoothly curving the fixed blade 200 according to the bending of the human body, as will be described later.

The connector 300 includes a cylindrical connector body 310 and a connector fixing protrusion 320 projecting from the rear end of the connector body 310. A thread is formed inside the connector body 310 And the connection fixing part 320 is formed with a fitting hole 322 which communicates with the inside of the connector body 310 and into which the tube 400 is inserted.

In this connector 300, the lower side of the connection fixing part 320 is connected to the center of the upper surface of the fixed blade 200, and the connector 300 is arranged to be parallel to the concave groove 202. Since the connector fixing portion 320 is connected to the fixed blade 200, the connector body 310 has some fluidity with respect to the fixed blade 200. The direction of the connector body 310 along the direction of the catheter 10 can be adjusted when the connector body 310 has fluidity with respect to the fixed vane 200, So that it may be more easily coupled to the catheter 10.

Preferably, as shown in the drawing, a depression 210 may be formed at the center of the front end of the fixed vane 200 to be recessed backward. Since the outer diameter of the connector body 310 is larger than the outer diameter of the connector fixing part 320, the connector body 310 is not connected to the fixed blade 200, Or the connector main body 310 is protruded forward from the upper surface of the fixed blade 200, the connector main body 310 may protrude upward or forward from the fixed blade 200, The fixing device can not take a compact shape.

However, when the depressed portion 210 is formed in the fixed blade 200, the lower portion of the connector body 310 is arranged to flow into the depressed portion 210, so that the connector main body 310 is positioned on the upper side of the fixed blade 200 Not only protrudes but also does not protrude forward of the fixed blade 200, so that the fixing device according to the present invention takes a relatively compact form.

The connector 300 is screwed to the rear end of the catheter 10 inserted into the patient's body and the tube 400 is inserted into the fitting hole 322 of the connector fixture 320 The tube 400 is inserted into the connector body 310 to a depth where the tip thereof flows into the connector body 310.

The connector 300 may be formed integrally with the fixed blade 200 or may be formed as a separate body so that the connection fixing portion 320 may be attached to the fixed blade 200 by fusion bonding or adhesion.

The tube 400 is for supplying fluid to the patient's body or discharging fluid discharged from the patient's body to the outside, and the fluid bag 410 is connected to the end of the tube 400.

The present design with this configuration is connected to the rear end of the catheter 10 inserted into the patient's body, as shown in Fig. More specifically, the connector 300 is screwed to the rear end of the catheter 10, and then the adhesive sheet 100 is attached to the skin of the patient so as to approach the position where the catheter 10 is inserted.

As described above, since the fixed blade 200 is curved by the concave groove 202, the fixed blade 200 is curved according to the bending of the body to which it is attached, so that it is effectively attached to the body. In addition, since the adhesive sheet 100 is formed wider than the fixed blade 200, the end of the fixed blade 200 does not contact with the patient's skin and discomfort is not caused. In particular, Since the pressure applied to the skin of the patient by the connection portion of the connector 300 and the tube 400 is dispersed by the fixed blade 200, there is no pressure feeling or pain applied to the patient by the fixing device of the present invention .

Hereinafter, other embodiments of the present invention will be described, and the same configurations and effects as those of the above-described embodiments will not be described.

3, the connector 300 is formed separately from the fixed blade 200, and the connector 300 is fixed to the upper surface of the fixed blade 200, as shown in FIG. 3, Detachment means 240 is provided. In this embodiment, the detachment means 240 is shown as being made of an elastic hook.

The connector 300 is fixed to the fixed blade 200 by the connection fixing part 320 being fitted in the detachable unit 240, that is, the elastic hook. When the connector 300 and the fixed blade 200 are detachable, the connector 300 is screwed to the catheter 10, and then the connector 300 is attached to the fixed blade 200.

Thus, when the connector 300 is screwed into the catheter 10, the fixed blade 200 is not jagged, and the fixed blade 200 and the adhesive sheet 100 may be damaged or the connector 300 When the tube 400 is damaged, there is an advantage that only some damaged parts can be used for replacement.

Fig. 4 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 4, the connector 300 is provided with a valve function.

As shown in the figure, a channel 312 is formed in the connector body 310 to communicate with the insertion hole 322 through which the tube 400 is inserted. In the connector body 310, The valve body 350 is tightened.

If a valve function is added to the connector 300, it is not necessary to connect a separate valve on the tube 400, which is convenient.
