Claims (3)
- 상면에 수평으로 레일(14)을 가지는 본체프레임(10), 상기 레일의 상부에서 샤프트(S)를 수평 회전시키기 위한 주축대(20) 및 심압대(30)로 된 해수펌프의 샤프트 검사장치에 있어서,
상기 레일(14)의 상면을 따라 이동 및 고정 가능하게 구비되는 이송대(42), 상기 이송대(42) 위에 설치되며 상부 승강대(45)의 높이를 가변시키는 리프트(44), 상기 승강대(45)의 상면에서 샤프트(S)의 저면에 접촉하는 블록(50)으로 이루어져 상기 샤프트(S)의 처짐을 방지하여 직선을 유지시키기 위한 회전안내수단(40);
상기 이송대(42)의 상부 리프트(44) 일측에 설치되는 감지센서(62)에 의해 상기 샤프트(S)의 회전편차를 측정하는 편차측정수단(60);으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 해수펌프의 샤프트 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 감지센서(62)는 접촉식 변위센서(LDVT)인 것을 특징으로 하는 해수펌프의 샤프트 검사장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 편차측정수단(60)은 감지센서(62)가 아암(64)에 결합하여 샤프트의 중심을 향해 위치가 조절되며 상기 아암(64)이 이송대(42)의 일측에 직립하는 포스트(68)에 결합하여 상하로 높이가 조절되는 구성임을 특징으로 하는 해수펌프의 샤프트 검사장치.
