Claims (7)
- 활성탄소 분말 100중량부에 대하여 바인더 5~40중량부, 보강재 5~30중량부를 혼합한 활성탄소 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;성형몰드에 소정의 모양을 갖는 골격을 설치하는 단계;상기 성형몰드와 골격 사이에 활성탄소 혼합물을 충진하여 성형하고 50~300℃에서 10~30분간 숙성키는 단계;상기 숙성단계 후 400~1000℃에서 1~15시간동안 불활성가스 분위기의 가열로에서 열처리하는 탄화공정 단계;탄화된 성형체를 불활성 가스 분위기에서 스팀 또는 이산화탄소를 주입하면서 냉각하여 활성화시키는 단계로 구성되는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 타르, 크레오소트오일, 연피치(soft pitch) 또는 하드피치(hard pitch) 중 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보강재는 1~20mm 길이의 탄소섬유를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골격은 철, 스테인레스스틸, 니켈, 니켈-합금, 알루미늄 또는 구리 중 1종 이상을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 골격은 접착력을 높이기 위하여 거친 표면과 0.1㎜이상의 피치 피막을 형성시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성탄소 혼합물을 제조하는 단계에 귀금속 또는 금속산화물 촉매로 사용될 수 있는 전구물질을 첨가하여 활성탄소 성형체에 담지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한항의 제조방법에 의하여 제조되며, 활성탄소 분말 100중량부에 대하여 바인더로써 타르, 크레오소트오일, 연피치(soft pitch) 또는 하드피치(hard pitch) 중 1종 이상을 5~40중량부, 보강재로써 1~20mm 길이의 탄소섬유 5~30중량부를 혼합한 활성탄소 혼합물에 골격을 합입시켜 성형되는 골격이 삽입된 활성탄소 성형체.
