Claims (6)
- (a) 탄소/탄소 복합재료 위에 Si를 도포하는 단계;(b) 도포된 Si를 열처리하여 상기 복합재료에 함침시키고, SiC 및 Si층을 차례로 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 내산화 코팅방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,단계 b에서 형성된 Si층을 산화시켜 SiO2막을 형성시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 내산화 코팅방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,단계 a에서 Si의 이동액은 휘발성 알콜인 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 내산화 코팅방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,단계 b의 열처리 온도는 1400∼1600℃인 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 내산화 코팅방법
- 제 2항에 있어서,SiO2막의 형성을 위한 열처리 온도는 400∼800℃인 탄소/탄소 복합재료의 내산화 코팅방법
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항의 방법으로 형성되는 코팅층이 구비된 탄소/탄소 복합재료
