Claims (8)
- 절연 기판에 부착된 도전체 박막을 패터닝하여 형성된 접속단자들을 가진 안테나 접속 단자 기판과,에나멜도선을 루프형태로 감아서 용제에 수초 동안 딥핑하여 일체화시킨 에나멜도선코일과,상기 에나멜도선코일 양단을 용융된 납에 딥핑하여 형성한 에나멜도선 단자를 상기 단자 기판의 접속 단자에 접착한 연결부를 포함하여 이루어지는 에나멜 코일 안테나
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 도전체 박막은 동박을 기판에 부착한 것이 특징인 에나멜 코일 안테나
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 절연 기판은 피브이시(PVC), 페트(PET), 피이(PE), 피아이(PI) 중에서 어느 하나인 것이 특징인 에나멜 코일 안테나
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 에나멜도선코일의 일측 면에 부착된 페라이트시트를 추가로 포함하여 이루어지는 것이 특징인 에나멜 코일 안테나
- 에나멜 코일 안테나 제조 방법에 있어서,절연 기판에 도전체 박막을 부착하고, 이 도전체 박막을 패터닝하여 접속단자들을 만드는 안테나 접속 단자 기판을 만드는 공정과,에나멜도선을 루프형태로 감아서 용제에 수초 동안 딥핑하여 건조시키고 코일 양단을 용융된 납에 딥핑하여 에나멜도선코일을 형성하는 공정과,안테나 단자 기판의 접속단자에 에나멜도선코일의 양단을 접착하는 공정을 포함하여 이루어지는 에나멜도선으로 된 에나멜 코일 안테나 제조 방법
- 청구항 5에 있어서,도전체 박막을 사진식각 또는 스크린인쇄 방식으로 패턴을 형성하는 것이 특징인 에나멜 코일 안테나 제조 방법
- 청구항 5에 있어서,루프 형태의 에나멜 도선을 2 내지 3초 동안 용제에 딥핑하는 것이 특징인 에나멜 코일 안테나 제조 방법
- 청구항 5에 있어서,에나멜도선코일 일 측면에 페라이트시트를 부착하는 공정을 추가하는 것이 특징인 에나멜 코일 안테나 제조 방법
