Abstract

PURPOSE: A high spot measurement apparatus using a telescope is provided to reduce fatigue of a worker resulting from working in a high place and a working time by easily measuring three dimensional coordinates for a high spot without using a ladder. CONSTITUTION: A high spot measurement apparatus includes a telescope(10) and a measurement unit(20). The measurement unit(20) is fixed to and installed on a front end of the telescope(10). Therefore, three dimensional coordinates for a high spot of a hull are measured by using the telescope(10) and the measurement unit(20). The measurement unit(20) has a measurement target(22). The measurement unit(20) adjusts a measurement angle within a range of a predetermined angle. When a worker measures three dimensional coordinates for a hull block above a predetermined height, the worker uses a fixed lever(32) so as to adjust a measurement angle of the measurement unit(20) fixed to the telescope(10).

Description

텔레스코프를 이용한 고소 측정장치{Telescope}Height measuring device using telescope {Telescope}

The present invention relates to a device for measuring the height of a hull block using a telescope, and more particularly, three-dimensional coordinate values of the height of the hull block through ground work without using a car or a ladder. This makes it easy to measure.

In general, the hull block used in ship construction is small in the case of small vessels, but large in size and height of large vessels.

Therefore, in the conventional construction of these large ships, when the user wants to measure the three-dimensional coordinate values of the hull block of a certain height or more, the operator first climbs up the same height as the measuring position to be measured by using a vehicle or ladder and then measures it. The measurement was done by attaching the target to the location.

As such, in the related art, since the coordinate value measurement of the height of the hull block having a predetermined height or more is performed by using a height or a ladder, the worker always has a risk of falling due to a safety accident.

In addition, conventionally, by using a height or a ladder to attach the target, there is a problem that the fatigue is high and the work time is also required.

The present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, the three-dimensional coordinate value measurement of the height of the hull block can be made more easily on the ground without depending on the height difference or ladder, so as to the conventional height The purpose is to reduce the fatigue caused by the work at the same time.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention, the measuring device 20 is provided with a measuring target 22 at the tip of the telescope 10 is configured to be able to adjust the length (L) to measure the height of the hull block 40 ) Is installed, and the measuring device 20 is mounted on the rotating device 30 provided with the fixed lever 32 to arbitrarily set the measuring angle of the measuring device 20 using the fixed lever 32. It is characterized by being configured.

Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention will be described in more detail the configuration and effect.

1 is an exemplary view showing the configuration of a height measuring device using a telescope to which the present invention is applied.

According to the present invention, the telescope 10 is fixedly installed at a distal end of the telescope 10 to measure a three-dimensional coordinate value. By using the measuring device 20 attached to the) is configured to be able to measure the three-dimensional coordinate value for the height of the hull block 40 arbitrarily.

The measuring device 20 assembled to the telescope 10 is mounted on the rotating device 30 having the fixed lever 32 and rotates the fixed lever 32 in the forward and reverse directions. ) Can be arbitrarily adjusted within a predetermined angle range while fixing and releasing the coupling state between the rotator and the rotary device 30.

When the operator wants to measure the three-dimensional coordinate values for the hull block 40 of a predetermined height or more using the height measuring device using the telescope of the present invention configured as described above, the fixed lever 32 is shown in FIG. 1. Adjust the measuring angle of the measuring device 20 fixed to the telescope 10 by using.

In this way, the measuring device 20 is adjusted to adjust the measurement distance by increasing the length (L) to make the length corresponding to the height of the height of the hull block height to measure the total length of the telescope 10 is assembled do.

Then, the measuring portion of the measuring device 20 is brought into contact with the contact portion of the hull block 40 as shown in FIG. 2 to aim at the center of the target 22 to be measured. At this time, it is possible to obtain accurate measurement result by calculating the remaining value by subtracting the offset amount (constant value for the distance of 20mm from the target center to the contact part).

As described above, the present invention enables the operator to easily perform the measurement work on the ground instead of the aerial work depending on the height of the vehicle or the ladder, as the measurement operation of the height of the hull block 40 is conventional.

As described above, according to the present invention, the three-dimensional coordinate value measurement for the hull block of a certain height or more is improved by making it easier to work on the ground using a telescope that can be adjusted in length without depending on the height difference or ladder. The work time is greatly shortened.

In addition, the present invention is a very useful invention that can measure the height of the hull block can be made easily on the ground to ensure the prevention of accidents significantly improved workability.
