Claims (7)
- 서로 마주보도록 형성된 제 1, 제 2 투명 필름;마주보는 면의 제 1, 제 2 투명 필름에 각각 X축 방향 및 Y축 방향으로 일정한 간격을 갖고 형성된 복수개의 제 1, 제 2 투명 전극 패턴들;상기 복수개의 제 1 투명 전극 패턴에 분압 저항 특성을 이용하여 각 제 1 투명 전극 패턴에 서로 다른 전압을 인가하는 제 1 배선;상기 복수개의 제 2 투명 전극 패턴에 각각 연결된 복수개의 제 2 배선을 구비함을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 배선은 복수개의 제 1 투명 전극 패턴을 하나의 배선으로 연결하고 상기 배선의 양 끝단에 전원 전압과 접지 전압이 인가됨을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 배선은 일정 저항 값을 갖고 상기 각 제 1 투명 전극 패턴에 연결된 복수개의 분기점을 갖는 제 1 신호선과,상기 각 제 1 신호선보다 낮은 저항 값을 갖고 상기 각 제 1 신호선에 일체로 연결되어 전원 및 접지 전압을 공급하는 제 2 신호선을 구비함을 특징으로 하는디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제 1 신호선은 ITO 물질로 형성되며, 상기 제 2 신호선은 은(Ag)으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복수개의 투명 전극 패턴은 터치 패널 하부의 위치하는 표시 장치의 각 픽셀에 대응되도록 상부 필름과 하부 필름의 내측면에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 하부 필름에 형성된 투명 전극 패턴은 게이트 라인에 평행한 방향으로 복수개 형성되며,상기 상부 필름에 형성된 투명 전극 패턴은 데이터 라인에 평행한 방향으로 복수개 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
- 제 5항에 있어서,하부 필름에 형성된 투명 전극 패턴은 데이터 라인에 평행한 방향으로 복수개 형성되며,상기 상부 필름에 형성된 투명 전극 패턴은 게이트 라인에 평행한 방향으로 복수개 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 디지털 저항막 방식의 터치 패널.
