Description
본 발명은 병,의원등에서 사용하는 기구 및 실험실 기재 등의 기구에 묻어있는 세균을 세척 및 멸균시키기 위한 초음파 세척 고압증기멸균기에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an ultrasonic washing autoclave for cleaning and sterilizing bacteria adhered to instruments used in bottles, clinics and the like, and instruments such as laboratory substrates.

상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.즉, 본 발명의 급수과정에서 Water Pump(8)와 Solenoid Valve(4), Solenoid Valve (5)에서 챔버(13) 와 자켓(14)으로 물이 공급된다. 세척과정에서 챔버(13)내의 초음파 진동자(11)가 진동하여 음압의 변화로 케비테이션 현상을 발생시켜 이물의 박리 및 제거하며 이때 자켓(14)내의 발열체(12)가 물을 끊여 포화증기를 발생한다. 배기과정에서 챔버 내의 물은 Solenoid Valve(6)에의해 배출된다. 헹굼과정에서 Water Pump(8)와 Solenoid Valve(4)에서 챔버(13)내로 물이 들어가 내용물을 헹구어 주며 헹굼이 끝난후 Solenoid Valve(6)에의해 배출된다. 진공과정에서 Vacuum Pump(9) 와 Solenoid Valve(2)에 의해 챔버(13) 내부의 공기를 제거한다. 가열과정에서 자켓(14)에 저장된 포화증기가 Solenoid Valve(3)에의해 챔버(13)로 설정된 멸균온도(121도 에서 135도)까지 유입된다. 멸균과정에서 Solenoid Valve(3)에의해 챔버(13) 내의 설정된 멸균온도(121도 에서 135도)가 유지된다. 배기과정에서 챔버내의 포화증기는 Solenoid Valve(6)에의해 배출된다. 건조과정에서 Vacuum Pump(9) 와 Solenoid Valve(2)에 의해 챔버(13) 내부의 잔류증기를 일정시간 제거하고 Solenoid Valve(1)에 의해 신선한 공기를 넣어준다. 이 과정을 설정된 건조시간까지 반복하다.The configuration of the present invention for achieving the above object is as follows.
