먼저 목형제작단계에서는 솔의 형상에 따라 목형(10)을 제작하게된다. 본 발명에서 제작되는 금형은 솔의 사출금형중 상부의 금형으로 평평한 판재에 솔의 형상을 이루는 형상부가 돌출되어 있는 형태를 가지게된다. 본 발명의 일실시예에서는 상기 목형(10)을 이용하여 석고틀과 세라믹주형을 차례로 제작하여 금형을 주조하게 되므로 목형은 상기 금형과 반대로 솔형상이 내부로 함돌된 형상을 이루도록 가공하게된다. 이를위해 본 발명에서는 CNC머신에서 금형의 형상에 따른 작업공정을 입력하여 외곽틀과 형상부를 일체로 제작하게 된다. 상기와 같이 CNC머신을 사용하는 이유는 복잡한 형상의 목형(10)을 용이하게 제작할 수 있기때문이다.상기와 같이 제작된 목형(10)은 설계된 형상과 동일한 지 작업자가 측정하여 설계와 상이할 경우 재가공하거나 보정하게된다.First, in the die-making step to produce a die 10 according to the shape of the brush.
