Description

전등갓용 유리 제품 표면의 가공방법{PROCESSING METHOD OF SURFACE OF GLASS PRODUCT FOR ELECTRIC LAMP}PROCESSING METHOD OF SURFACE OF GLASS PRODUCT FOR ELECTRIC LAMP}

The present invention relates to a method for processing a surface of a glass product for lampshade, and more particularly, to form a fine concavo-convex portion on the surface of the glass using gold steel or corrosion hydrofluoric acid, and to apply a glue, a strong adhesive, to heat the glass product formed with a three-dimensional pattern The present invention relates to a method for processing a surface of a glass product suitable for use as a lampshade having a beautiful appearance, high illuminance and soft light, by being heated in a furnace or a firing furnace.

In general, there are physical and chemical methods for forming three-dimensional patterns on the surface of glass products.

The physical methods include a method in which a pattern formed on a mold is displayed on the product by using a mold in which a certain pattern is carved during molding, and a method of carving a hand or mechanically uniform pattern on the surface of the product. According to the study, the pattern was not natural and could not feel the three-dimensional pattern.

In addition, by chemical methods, the surface of the glass is corroded with chemicals to form a pattern, or high-pressure injection of gold steel yarn or the like is formed on the surface of the glass to form fine concavo-convex portions, and a glue-like adhesive is applied to dry, and then the adhesive layer is peeled off to form a three-dimensional pattern. And a method of forming the same. In the case of using such a chemical method, there is a problem in that the glass surface from which the adhesive layer is peeled off is rough, and a method of plating the peeled glass surface is used, but there is a disadvantage in that the plated part is easily peeled off.

The present invention aims to provide a method for processing a glass article surface suitable for use as a lampshade capable of expressing the wavelength of the light while maintaining the pattern formed on the glass article surface more naturally while solving the above problems.

An object of the present invention is to propose a method for processing a surface of a glass product for lamp shades with high illumination by expressing a natural pattern with an aesthetic effect and various wavelengths due to the refraction and reflection of light according to the pattern.

Another object of the present invention is to use a glass product with high illumination by refracting and reflecting light emitted from a light source, thereby achieving the same or more illumination effect with less power when using a conventional glass product, thereby reducing power consumption. It is to allow cost reduction.

In order to achieve the above object, the processing method of the glass lamp surface for lamp shade according to the present invention will be described in detail.

The gold steel is subjected to a high pressure treatment on the surface of the plate glass or glass product to form fine uneven portions on the glass surface.

The step of forming the uneven portion on the glass surface is to hold the glue firmly during the glue coating step.

In addition to the high-pressure treatment method using gold steel in the step of forming the uneven portion on the glass surface, it is possible to roughen the glass surface by using hydrofluoric acid for corrosion.

The glue composition, which is a highly elastic strong adhesive, is applied onto the glass surface having the uneven portion formed above with a brush.

The glue composition is a mixture of 20 to 40% by weight of water and 80 to 60% by weight of the glue under indirect heating of the water bath based on the weight%.

Although the depth and width of the pattern formed on the glass surface are determined by the thickness of the glue applied in the glue composition applying step, the thickness of the glue applied is preferably 1 to 3 mm.

When the thickness of the coated composition to be applied is 1 mm or less, the pattern forming effect is insignificant, and when it is 3 mm or more, the strength of the glass may be weakened.

The glass product coated with the glue composition is naturally dried for 24 to 48 hours in the shade, and it can be confirmed that the dryness is slippery without hand marks when swiped by hand.

The naturally-dried glass product is placed in a heat dryer and secondly dried for 24 to 48 hours at 20 to 30 ° C.

The secondary drying process is to increase the shrinkage of the applied glue, the glue applied through the drying process is to shrink and naturally peel off.

In order to completely remove the glue from the glass product after the second drying process, it is infiltrated with water for 24 hours, and the dried glue is removed after drying.

On the glass surface from which the glue layer is removed, natural irregularities are formed.

When the glass product having the uneven pattern formed on the surface is subjected to heat treatment by heating in a predetermined shape heating furnace or a calcination furnace, the roughness of the surface is alleviated, and a lamp shade having a more natural pattern can be obtained.

The temperature of the heating furnace or the firing furnace is preferably 500 ~ 900 ℃, under the above temperature is a sharp glass surface is treated in a more natural and smooth state and the glass product is formed at this time by varying the wavelength of the light variously to express light gently It is also suitable for lampshade because it can increase the illuminance of light.

After completing the shape of the lamp shade, when the finish is applied to the inner surface of the lamp shade by applying a pigment of the desired color can be obtained a more beautiful and various lamp shade.

In the method for processing a surface of a glass article according to the present invention, the inner surface of the surface-treated glass article may be further subjected to high-pressure spraying with a gold steel yarn or the like. This not only makes it possible to form colorful patterns, but also softens the light that is refracted through the glass product.

In the present invention, the lampshade may be made by processing a glass product surface using vitreous glass.

In addition, in order to partially process the surface of the glass product, the anti-polishing sheet is attached to a portion which is not desired to be processed, and only the portions where the anti-polishing sheet is not attached can be locally processed to perform various types of surface processing.

The following examples further illustrate the invention but do not limit the scope thereof.

1)(Example 1)

The surface of the glass plate was subjected to high-pressure spraying for 3 minutes to form fine concavo-convex portions, and the glue composition, which was prepared by mixing 300 g of water and 700 g of glue in a water bath, was applied with a brush 2 mm. The glass plate coated with the glue composition was naturally dried in a shade for 30 hours, placed in a heat dryer, and heat-dried at 27 ° C. for 30 hours. Through the above process, the glue was gradually peeled off the plate glass, and in order to completely remove the glue, the glue was infiltrated in water for 24 hours to remove the swollen glue and dried. The dried plate glass was put into a baking furnace of a predetermined shape and heat treated at 700 ° C. to complete a lamp shade.

2)(Example 2)

Example 1 was carried out in the same manner as in Example 1 except that hydrofluoric acid for corrosion was used instead of the glue composition of water and glue.

3)(Example 3)

Using the lamp shade prepared in Example 1, after the high-pressure spray treatment of the Geumgangsa for 1 minute to the inner surface of the lamp shade, the green pigment was applied to the inner surface of the lamp shade and dried to complete the lamp shade.

4)(Example 4)

Example 1 was carried out in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the glass was used instead of the glass plate.

5)(Example 5)

An anti-polishing sheet was attached to a portion of the plate glass surface where processing was not desired, and only the portion without the anti-polishing sheet was attached in the same manner as in Example 1.

According to the processing method of the surface of the glass product of the present invention, while exhibiting a natural pattern with an aesthetic effect, the wavelength due to the refraction, reflection of the light according to the pattern can be expressed in various ways to obtain a glass product with high illuminance. One glass product is not only high in intensity due to the refraction and reflection of light emitted from the light source, but also softly expresses the light, making it suitable for lampshade.

Therefore, in the case of using a lamp shade made of the present glass product can obtain the same or more illuminance effect with less power than when using a conventional glass product can reduce the power consumption, thereby achieving a cost reduction.
