Claims (2)
- 상측에 분진흡입구(12)가 구비되고 하측에는 에어배출구(14)가 구비된 박스 형상의 본체(20)와, 상기 분진흡입구(12)에 연결되어 공장이나 작업 현장의 분진을 본체(20)의 내부로 흡입하도록 된 흡입팬(30)과, 상기 분진흡입구(12)와 에어배출구(14) 사이에 수평 방향으로 설치되어 상기 본체(20)의 내부 상측에 흡입실(42)을 형성하며 그 상면에는 저면으로 관통되는 다수개의 필터결합공(48)이 구비된 상측격벽(40)과, 상기 본체(20)의 에어배출구(14) 하측에 수평 방향으로 설치되어 상기 흡입실(42)의 하측에 필터실(52)과 집진실(54)을 순차적으로 형성하며 상기 상측격벽(40)의 필터결합공(48)과 대향되는 위치에는 다수개의 필터결합공(58)이 관통 형성된 하측격벽(50)과, 그 상하단부가 개방되어 상기 상측격벽(40)과 하측격벽(50)의 각각의 필터결합공(48, 58)에 기밀되도록 결합되어 그 내부가 상기 흡입실(42) 및 집진실(54)과 연통되도록 된 다수개의 필터(60)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 집진기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 필터실(52)의 일측면에 필터(60)와 교차되는 방향으로 설치되는 수평바아부재(65)와, 이 수평바아부재(65)에 그 상단부가 힌지축(66a)을 매개로 회동 가능하게 결합되는 다수개의 연결링크부재(70)와, 이 연결링크부재(70)의 하단부에 힌지축(73a)을 매개로 결합되어 다수개의 연결링크부재(70)의 하단부를 연결하도록 된 작동링크부재(80)와, 대략 사각틀 형상으로 이루어져 그 일측 중앙부가 상기 힌지축(66a)을 매개로 연결링크부재(70)의 상단부에 고정되어 상기 다수개의 필터(60) 사이에 개재되는 다수개의 진동부재(90)와, 상기 수평바아부재(65)의 일단에 연결 설치되어 그 구동에 따라 상기 수직 및 작동링크부재(70, 80)에 진동을 전달하도록 된 진동모터(95)를 포함하며, 상기 진동모터(95)에 의해 상기 수직 및 작동링크부재(70, 80)에 진동이 전달되어 이 수직 및 작동링크부재(70, 80)가 상기 힌지축(66a, 73a)을 중심으로 스윙되면서 상기 진동부재(90)가 좌우 방향으로 진동되도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 집진기.
