Claims (8)
- (a) 라디칼 개시제 존재하에, 알킬 에스테르 또는 환형 에테르로부터 선택된 할로겐-무함유 용매 중에서 하기 일반식 II의 화합물을 브롬화제와 반응시키는 단계;(식중, R은 알카노일 C1-C8기, 벤조일기 또는 파라 위치가 C1-C4 알킬기 또는 할로겐 원자로 치환된 벤조일기이다);(b) 할로겐-무함유 용매 중에서, 생성되는 하기 일반식 III의 화합물을 염기 존재 또는 염기 비존재하에서 탈하이드로브롬화시켜서 하기 일반식 (IV)의 중간체를 수득하는 단계;(식중, R은 전술한 바와 같다); 및(c) 일반식 (IV)의 중간체를 탈보호하는 단계를 포함하는, 하기 일반식 (I)의 (E)-5-(2-브로모비닐)-2'-b-데옥시우리딘의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 단계 a)의 브롬화 반응이 메틸, 에틸, n-프로필, 이소프로필, n-부틸, 이소부틸 아세테이트, 1,4-디옥산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 할로겐-무함유 용매에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 일반식 II의 화합물의 R이 4-ClC6H4CO인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 분자 브롬을 이용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 라디칼 개시제의 존재하에 N-브로모숙신이미드를 이용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 용매의 비등점에서, 에틸아세테이트 중의 2,2'-아조비스이소부티로니트릴(AIBN)의 존재하에 N-브로모숙신이미드를 이용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 70℃ 내지 90℃의 온도 범위에서, 1,4-디옥산 중의 AIBN의 존재하에 N-브로모숙신이미드를 이용하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 단계 b)의 탈하이드로브롬화가 에틸아세테이트, N,N-디메틸포름아미드 또는 N,N-디메틸아세트아미드에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
