Claims (3)
- 유압이 공급되는 단계:유압에 의하여 실린더가 상승하게 되는 단계:실린더의 내부에 과부하가 발생할 경우 유압에 의하여 헤드가 스프링을 압착하면서 상승하는 단계:헤드의 상승 작동에 의하여 유로가 개방되면서 유체가 배출구로 배출되는 단계:유체의 배출로 인하여 밸브내부의 압력이 약화되어 스프링의 압력보다 약할 경우 스프링의 탄발력에 의하여 헤드가 하강하여 유로를 폐쇄하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 압력조절식 사출기 금형용 유압실린더의 유압 자동 조절방법.
- 핫런너 밸브시스템에 사용되는 공지의 핫런너 유압실린더에 있어서, 밸브본체(1)의 피스톤(2)을 움직이는 기름이 유입되는 오일공급라인의 공급부(3)와 배출부(4)를 각각 상, 하로 구성하되 그 양측 실린더 벽에 압력조절유니트를 장착할 수 있는 홀(5)(6)을 상, 하에서 각각 가공하고, 그 홀(5)(6)에 사전에 유체 역학적으로 계산된 적정압력유지를 위한 압력조절헤드(7)(8)를 삽입 체결하며, 각 압력조절헤드(7)(8)의 상하 단에는 압력조절스프링(9)(10)으로 고정한 다음 노즐 고정장치(11)(12)를 채워 고정하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력조절식 사출기 금형용 유압실린더의 유압 자동 조절장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 압력조절유니트를 출구쪽에 각각 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력조절식 사출기 금형용 유압실린더의 유압 자동 조절장치.
