Claims (2)
- 연주기 몰드 테이퍼 측정기의 영점 교정장치에 있어서,본체를 지지하는 교정기 베이스(301)와,상기 교정기 베이스(301)의 좌우측에 길이방향으로 형성되는 좌우측 가이드레일(302b, 302a)과,상기 좌우측 가이드 레일(302b,302a)을 따라 전후로 이동하는 좌우측 가이드(304b, 304a)와,상기 좌우측 가이드(304b,304a)의 상측에 각각 구비되는 좌우측 프레임(310b,310a)과,상기 좌우측 프레임(310b,310a) 사이에 체결되는 안내봉(314)과,상기 안내봉(314)에 체결되어 테이퍼 측정기(307)의 위치를 잡아주는 행거(313)와,상기 행거(313)에 연결되어 테이퍼 측정기(307)의 측정위치를 고정하는 조정고리(311)와,상기 석정반(309)을 지지하고 높이레벨을 조정하도록 레벨조정수단(303)을 하단 모서리에 각각 구비하는 정반 베이스(305)와,상기 석정반(309)의 일측면에 밀착되는 테이퍼 측정기(307)를 측면에서 잡아주도록 우측 프레임(310a)의 일측에 장착되는 클램프(308)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연주기 몰드 테이퍼 측정기 영점 교정장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 레벨조정수단(303)은 본체부(321)와, 끝단 일부에 나사산이 형성되는 너트 모양의 조정나사부(323)와, 상기 조정나사부(323)의 끝단 일부에 치차연결되는 슬라이드부(322)와, 서로 대칭인 직각 삼각형의 정밀한 형상을 갖되 상기 본체부(321)의 상측에 위치되어 상기 조정나사(323)가 좌 또는 우측으로 회전되면 상기 슬라이드(322)부가 좌 또는 우측으로 일정거리 이동됨에 따라 아래 또는 위로 움직이는 조정면판(324)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연주기 몰드 테이퍼 측정기 영점 교정장치.
