- 제1항에 있어서,상기 고정 클로(34; 134)의 포켓(44; 144)은 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30; 130)가 상기 포켓(44, 144) 내에서 서로 각도를 갖고 위치하는 적어도 두 개의 표면(41, 46)을 통해 지지될 수 있도록 상기 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30; 130)를 폼-록킹 방식(form-locking manner)으로 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 고정 클로(34; 134)는 대체로 직육면체(cuboid)의 형태로 형성되고, 상기 포켓(44; 144)은 리세스(recess)로서 상기 직육면체의 단부면(end face)(42, 48)에 형성되며, 상기 리세스는 상기 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30; 130)가 상기 고정 클로(34; 134)에 수용된 상태에서 고정 클로(34; 134)로부터 미리 설정된 크기만큼 상기 지지면(40; 140)에 부딪치는 접촉 영역(30-2)으로 돌출하도록 상기 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30; 130)의 크기에 적합한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정 클로(34; 134)는 상기 지지부재(20)의 리세스(36) 내에 수용되고, 상기 지지면(40)은 상기 리세스(36)의 구성 요소인 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정 클로(34; 134)는 고정 나사(clamping screw)(38; 138)에 의하여 상기 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30; 130)에 조여질 수 있고, 상기 고정 나사는 경사각(tilt angle)(THETA)을 갖고 상기 지지면(40; 140)을 향하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.

- 제4항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,또 다른 시트면(42; 142)이 상기 고정 클로(34)를 위한 리세스(36)의 표면에 조여질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정 클로(34) 및 고정 클로와 함께 상기 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30)는 상기 지지면(40)의 평면에 대해 평행하게, 바람직하게는 이동 가능 및/또는 선회 가능하게 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 절삭 블레이드 인서트(30)는 절삭 블레이드 플레이트(cutting blade plate), 특히 분할 가능한 절삭 블레이드 인서트로 형성되고, 상기 분할 가능한 인서트는 한편으로는 상기 지지부재(20)의 지지면(40)에 평평하게 지지되고, 다른 한편으로는 상기 고정 클로(34)의 포켓(44)의 바닥면(46)에 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.

- 제3항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 포켓(44)은 상기 지지면(4)에 평행인 바닥면(46)을 갖는 밀링 영역(milled-in area)의 형태로 지지면(40)을 향하는 측면의 코너 영역에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
- 제3항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고정 클로(34; 134)는 지지면(40)에 평행한 평면에서 나사 볼트 장치(50, 52, 54, 150)를 이용하여 이동 가능 및/또는 선회 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 공구.
