Claims (3)
- 신발 아웃솔 성형용 금형의 제작방법에 있어서,케미칼 우드를 CNC 가공에 의해 신발 밑창 모양과 동일하게 양각으로 모형을 제작한 다음, 상기 모형에 실리콘을 주입하여 아웃솔 형상의 공간부를 형성한 후, 상기 공간부에 세라믹을 충진하여 아웃솔 형상을 갖는 하형을 제작한 다음, 상기 하형의 상부에 용탕 주입구를 가지는 상판을 제작한 후, 상기 주입구를 통하여 구상흑연주철재를 주입하여 아웃솔 금형을 제작하는 과정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 신발 아웃솔 성형용 금형의 제작방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상판은 철판으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 신발 아웃솔 성형용 금형의 제작방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아웃솔 금형은 무압탕 주조에 의해 성형 제작됨을 특징으로 하는 신발 아웃솔 성형용 금형의 제작방법.
