Claims (3)
- 그라비아 인쇄에 의하여 무늬가 가공된 우레탄 재질의 착색시트(1)를 준비하여 롤에 권취하여 준비하는 공정,다른 롤에 동일한 우레탄 계열의 재질로 이루어 지는 투명시트(2)를 준비하여 두는 공정,상기한 투명시트(2)와 착색시트(1)를 히팅드럼(3)으로 보내어 열에 의해 접합한 후, 엠보싱롤(4)을 거쳐 나오면서 합지하여 우레탄점착시트(7)를 제조하는 공정,우레탄점착시트(7)를 엠보싱롤(4)에 보내어 엠보싱 처리하는 엠보싱 가공공정,그리고 엠보싱 처리된 우레탄점착시트(7)를 쿨링드럼(5)을 거쳐 나오면서 상온에서 냉각하는 냉각 공정,쿨링드럼(5)을 거치면서 냉각된 우레탄점착시트(7)를 와인더(6)에서 권취하여 감아 두는 공정,한쪽면이 코팅처리된 매끄러운 면을 갖는 커버시트(8)를 점착제 공급장치(11)를 거쳐 나오면서 한쪽면에 점착제가 도포된 것을 건조덕트(12)를 거쳐 나오면서 점착제를 도포한 그 해당면을 건조시켜서, 어느 정도 마른 상태의 커버점착시트(8)를 다른 롤(13)에 감겨 있다가 풀려 나오는 우레탄점착시트(7)와 만나 프레스롤(14)로 합지하는 공정,합지된 점착시트를 권취롤(15)로 감아 권취하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄점착시트의 제조방법
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기한 그라비아 인쇄에 사용되는 잉크는 우레탄계의 재질을 포함하며, 히팅드럼의 속도는 15m/분 이며, 이때 히팅드럼의 온도는 섭씨 170-180 도 이며, 점착제의 건조 온도는 섭씨 100-200도이며, 가압롤의 가압력은 2-6 kg/㎡ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 점착시트의 제조 방법
- 벽지나 문짝 등에 사용되는 점착시트에 있어서,제일 상층이 투명시트(2)가 되고 그 아래에 인쇄층(16)이 형성되며, 그 아래로 순차, 착색시트(1), 점착층(17), 커버시트(8)가 일체로 형성되며,투명시트(2)의 두께는 약 0.05-0.2mm, 그 아래의 인쇄층(16)은 10㎛ 이하, 착색시트(1)는 0.05-0.2mm, 커버시트(8)는 80-150㎛ 로 하고, 커버시트(8) 위에 도포되어 형성되는 점착층(17)은 16-20㎛ 로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄 점착시트
