Description

차단기 동작코일의 단선유무 감지회로 { A sensor of the state of circuit Breaker operating coil }Breaker operating coil breaker detection circuit {A sensor of the state of circuit Breaker operating coil}

The breaker is one of the important electrical devices that performs the connection between the generator and the electrical equipment or the exhibition equipment and other electrical equipment for the stable operation of the electrical equipment. The secondary circuit breaker is provided with an operating coil that separates the fault section by the operator's operation or by a protective system electrical signal when a major fault occurs in the electrical equipment. However, the normal operation of the breaker through the operation switch can be checked only when the operation switch is operated. Therefore, there was a problem in confirming the breaker failure, which may or may not occur, and moreover, it may occur when the breaker does not operate normally. Though the reliability of the circuit breaker must be secured when considering the ripple effect due to an electrical accident, a conventional circuit breaker has no way of verifying this effectively.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, the object of the present invention is to detect the breaker operation coil always detects the presence of the disconnection operation coil of the breaker operation coil to display the user can easily check it if the operation coil is disconnected The purpose is to provide disconnection detection circuit.

Figure 3 of the present invention for achieving the above object is a circuit breaker detection circuit of the breaker operation coil, the power supplied to the DC input power supply is a resistor R2, LED (light emitting diode), the breaker operating coil (X1) voltage The resistor R2 and LED (light emitting diode) are parallel to the breaker coil operation switch, but are connected in series with the breaker operation coil (X1) to form a closed circuit when the operation coil (X1) is intact. When a small current mA flows on the light emitting diode, the light is always on.As a result of measuring the distribution terminal voltage at each end of the load, 108V at resistance R2 and about 2V LED (light emitting diode) driving coil X1 is mV. It is also possible to diagnose the disconnection of the breaker operation coil to provide a circuit for detecting the disconnection of the breaker operation nose. Even when the switch is turned on, the current flows through the switch point to drive the circuit breaker operation coil, and the resistor and LED connected in parallel with the operation switch prevent the current from flowing because the current voltage is blocked in the reverse direction. It is possible to check the breaker coil for disconnection using this property.
