The present invention relates to a flooring material bonded to a surface material made of veneer on the upper surface of the PVC sheet, PVC sheet (1) to prevent the shape deformation due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the table and the back surface of the flooring material and to have sound insulation The flooring material made of the same material as the surface material (2) of the backing material (2) attached to the upper surface side of the PVC sheet (1) attached to the lower surface side of the floor.
The flooring material according to the present invention does not cause thermal deformation because the surface and the back surface are contracted or expanded in accordance with the thermal change, and as a result, dome shape, curling and cracks are not generated, and the sound insulation effect is also excellent.
Description
The present invention relates to a flooring material having a basic configuration of bonding a surface material made of veneer on the upper surface of a PVC (polyviniyl chloride) sheet.
As shown in FIG. 4, the conventional floorboard material is bonded by putting a glass fiber sheet 3 between the upper surface of the PVC sheet 1 and the surface material 2 made of veneer, and the lower surface of the perforated PVC sheet 1. The back material 4 made of glass fiber sheets was bonded.
Such conventional flooring material causes deformation of the shape due to heat due to the difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion between the veneer and glass fiber sheet forming the table, backing material (2) and (4), resulting in cracking and warping of the flooring material. When the part is about to be rolled up, a dome shape is formed in which the edge is convex, and the service life is shortened. The back material 4 is made of a glass fiber sheet, so sound insulation can be almost expected. There is a problem such as not.
An object of the present invention is to provide a flooring material that can be used for a long time while effectively preventing the deformation of the surface such as cracking or bending.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a flooring material excellent in sound insulation.

Figure 3 is an exploded perspective view of the flooring material according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Figure 4 is an exploded perspective view of a conventional floor covering.
Referring to the present invention by way of example drawings are as follows.
1 illustrates an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the flooring material shown in FIG. 1 is bonded by putting a glass fiber sheet 3 between an upper surface of a PVC sheet 1 and a surface material 2 made of veneer. In the case where the glass fiber sheet 4 is bonded to the lower surface of the PVC sheet 1, the back surface material 5 made of veneer is adhered to the lower surface of the glass fiber sheet 4.
Floor flooring material according to an embodiment of the present invention is because the table, the backing material (2), (5) is the same veneer material, the heat shrinkage, expansion occurs on the table, the back side of the flooring floor to prevent the shape deformation due to heat effectively do.
In addition, since the back surface material 5 which is in contact with the indoor floor is made of veneer, the sound absorbing effect is also excellent by absorbing and eliminating noise transmitted from the surface side of the floor surface material to the indoor floor.
2 shows another embodiment of the present invention, which is made by directly adhering the surface material 2 made of veneer and the back material 5 made of veneer to the upper and lower surfaces of the PVC sheet 1, respectively. It is light in weight, can reduce manufacturing costs and exhibits excellent form stability.
3 illustrates another embodiment of the present invention, except that the perforated PVC sheet 6 is inserted and bonded between the lower surface of the PVC sheet 1 and the back surface material 5 made of veneer. It has the same structure as the flooring material according to the embodiment of the present invention shown in 1, and exhibits a great strength and a very good sound insulation effect, as well as almost the same shape stability as the flooring material shown in FIG.
In the present invention, the veneer, which is the surface material (2), may be used that is coated with UV paint on the surface.
In the flooring material of the present invention, since the back surface material 5 is made of a veneer of the same material as the surface material 2, the dome shape is not formed because the back surface is contracted or expanded in the same way according to the heat change and thus does not cause heat deformation. No curling or cracking on the surface.
In addition, the backing material (5) made of veneer absorbs and eliminates the noise transmitted from the upper side of the floor to the indoor floor, and the sound insulation is also excellent.
