Claims (6)
- 프레임;다수의 양극판이 각각 저장되며, 소정 간격으로 배치된 복수의 양극판 저장부와, 다수의 음극판을 각각 저장하며 소정 간격으로 배치되고 소정 패턴으로 접착제가 도포된 세퍼레이터를 기준으로 상기 양극판 저장부에 대해 비대칭적으로(asymmetrically) 위치되도록 상기 프레임에 설치된 복수의 음극판 저장부가 마련된 스태킹부재;상기 양극판 저장부 및 상기 음극판 저장부에 각각 대면되도록 상기 프레임에 회동 가능하게 각각 설치된 한 쌍의 회동부재; 및상기 스태킹부재에 저장된 복수의 양극판 및 복수의 양극판을 상기 세퍼레이터에 부착시키기 위해, 상기 스태킹부재 및 상기 세퍼레이터에 각각 접근 가능하도록 상기 회동부재에 대해 왕복 이동 가능하게 설치된 푸시부재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 라미네이션 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스태킹부재는:상기 양극판 저장부 및 상기 음극판 저장부에 저장된 양극판 및 음극판을 상기 회동부재 측으로 각각 밀착시키기 위한 밀착수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 라미네이션 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 밀착수단은:상기 양극판 저장부 및 상기 음극판 저장부의 단위 저장부에 각각 마련된 장공; 및상기 장공에 각각 삽입되는 다수의 밀착돌기를 가지며 이동부재에 의해 상기 프레임에 왕복이동 가능하게 설치된 밀착플레이트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 라미네이션 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 양극판 또는 상기 음극판에 탄성력을 부여할 수 있도록 상기 밀착돌기에 설치된 탄성부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 라미네이션 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 푸시부재는:상기 스택킹부재에 저장된 상기 양극판 또는 상기 음극판을 흡착력에 의해 한 줄씩 흡착하여 상기 세퍼레이터에 부착시키기 위해, 흡입부재에 연통되도록 내부에 흡착통로가 마련되고 양극판 또는 음극판과 대응되는 쿠션부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 라미네이션 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스택킹부재에 저장된 상기 양극판 또는 상기 음극판을 정렬시키기 위해 상기 스택킹부재에 대해 왕복 이동 가능하게 설치된 정렬부재를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화된 리튬 2차전지 제조 시스템용 라미네이션 장치.
